Whether you're looking for live music, outdoor activities, or cultural events, you'll find plenty of options. Spring and Fall are the most popular times of the year for festivals and events…primarily due to the fantastic weather Hilton Head Island experiences during those seasons. However, there are still a number of events that happen during the summer & winter months.
