18 Fazio Villa a beautiful 3 bedroom villa with 3 full baths.. So close to the spectacular beaches of Palmetto Dunes with a remodeled kitchen, remodeled baths, and an oversized covered deck overlooking the community pool.

The property is adjacent to Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickleball, the Fazio golf course, and the lagoon (kayaking and biking). The pool is just 25 feet from the deck. (seasonal)

Overlooking the Fazio Golf Course in Palmetto Dunes, this spacious, newly updated townhouse is ready to be your next home-away-from-home for your vacation to Hilton Head Island. Prepare your favorite recipes in the full, well-equipped kitchen, and then enjoy them together in the adjacent dining area. The warm and inviting living room features comfortable furnishings and gives access to the covered, furnished porch. The covered porch is equipped with a gate. And when it's time to cool off, guests will enjoy access to two shared complex pools.

A perfect get-away villa with activities for the entire family or an adults-only get-away retreat Tennis, pickleball, golf, cycling, kayaking, and beach paradise are all within walking distance, as is close proximity to some of the best restaurants and shopping the island has to offer.

PROPERTY FEATURES:

- Proximity to the beach: 6/7 min walk, 3 min bike ride

- Free Tennis and/or Pickle Ball is available for 2 hours each day of your stay

- Pets are allowed for a nonrefundable $300 fee, then $200 for any additional pet. Dogs only. Must weigh 30lbs or less. Maximum of 2 dogs.

In the middle of everything

This unit was great for walking to the store or the beach or just walking. Great location for tennis or pickle ball. Unit was well appointed and very well stocked for cooking. Lots of dog friends around if you have a dog. Island Time was very helpful and quick to respond to any problem.

Very helpful live person to assist!

It’s very hard choosing a home for your family hundreds of miles away but having a live person to speak to you prior to coming in while I was there made everything so much easier. We enjoyed our stay even though it was shorter than what we had wanted but that was to no one’s fault but my own. There was plenty of linens and walking distance to the things we needed. The pool was right outside our patio door which was great for the kids. I would highly recommend staying there.

Home away from home

Wonderful property with all the amenities you can imagine.
This property is very well located within Palmetto Dunes - within minutes from the beach, golf, tennis, pickle ball, restaurants and other fun activities!
You can see the pool from the back deck.
Highly recommend this rental!
The pictures do the property justice.
