1809 Bluff Villas

The unit is in a great location, and the interior furnishings were adequate... however, the floors were filthy dirty, the sheets and comforters had stains on them, and the unit had a horrible odor of mustiness - mold/mildew. The smell would not go away, even after I had 4 Febreze Air Fresheners delivered from Amazon! Would not stay here again. Highly recommend management/owner to investigate the origination of odor and have it corrected.

We have traveled to HHI for several years and this condo was perfect for 2 adult couples. It was in a great location, walking distance to the Salty Dog, South Beach Marina, and the beach. We rode bikes, drove to the Sea Pines Beach Club and ate at many restaurants around the island. Condo was well stocked. Only neg was I wish the management company would mail out the Sea Pines Gate Pass to us prior to arriving. That would eliminate a step of stopping by the management company to pick it up. But the management company was very professional and even follow-up with us the day after we checked it to see if everything was to our liking.

Wow! You can’t beat the location of this villa. It was a 2 minute walk to the Salty Dog restaurant, bar, shops, and marina! The pool was also only 3-4 minute walk, and the owner included a pool pass with the stay! My niece loved swimming in the pool. It was easy to go back and forth all day! Walks to the beach for the sunset was a highlight & only a 5 minute walk. We saw many dolphins! Owner included 2 beach chairs with the villa that were easy to carry over. The villa was so clean and fresh. The bedrooms were spacious and the showers were great! Will definitely stay here again for the location, cleanliness, and ease of rental! Next time we may book a boat ride as the marina and rentals were steps away from the villa!

Island Time was outstanding. The staff is friendly and very helpful they made everything easy and check on you during your stay to see if you need anything. The Bluff Villa condo is located in our favorite location in South Beach close to beach, bike rentals, tennis courts and Salty Dog Cafe. It was equipped with everything you need. It is very clean, nicely decorated and beds were comfortable. We will rent this condo again.

Perfect location for us. We were 2 couples and both BRs had king sized bed...great after a day of biking and pickleball. Only down side was the lack of wine glasses....would seem to be necessary in a vacation rental. We bought 4 and left them. Enjoy!

We loved it so much that the next time we travel to HHI I’m looking directly at this vacation rental again! The home was comfortable and beautiful. It had everything we needed. The location was absolutely perfect.

A great location on Sea Pines near the South Beach Marina. Very clean and quiet location, great access to Sea Pines and Harbortown. Brenda, Kevin and all of the Island Time staff were excellent in answering questions, helping us out and making recommendations. We would highly recommend!

Newly renovated condo close to the beach and right behind Salty Dog cafe. The cleaning service gets 11 out of 10!Great job!The management company is very responsive and ensures guests enjoy their stay.
