The home is open, tons of natural light, clean and excellent for a large group. It is within very close walking distance to the beach, and there are tons of fun games and activities around the pool and in the garage. It is well equipped for a fun time!

This property was just as described, all I can say is add the extra for elevator due to lots of stairs that we didn’t know prior to check in. But our experience at this property was amazing for our women’s group that travels all over the country for annual retreats! The host made our experience great with his prompt responses, and ensuring our stay was comfortable. I will definitely be back

We had a wonderful trip to Hilton Head for the Heritage golf tournament. The house at 1 Collier is in a perfect location to sneak in a little beach time. Brian was very easy to work with and the house is huge with great bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked and the heated pool was a great addition The only small negative is the beach chairs need updating.Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful weekend in an awesome house! This is the closest we've been able to stay to the beach (2nd house in) but it felt like we were right on the beach and the kids loved it! Singleton Beach might be the best kept secret in Hilton Head--Its also one of the widest parts of the beach for all the places we have stayed in HHI. The house is all newly remodeled and felt brand new. High end features and kitchen. The pictures do not do it justice. Everyone had their own space for kids & adults. It's right next door to Coco's on the Beach and an easy walk or bike ride to Harold's Diner..2 of our family's favorites! The owner was super responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be back for a week in the summer!

We had another great stay at this property. This is the second year we’ve booked for a long weekend and enjoyed being across the street from the beach, close the restaurants of shelter cove and all HHI has to offer. The new oven was great for our group dinner and we love how much space the house has. We will definitely stay again!

Wonderful location right off the beach. Perfect set up for teenagers to have lower levels to sleep and hang out with adults room to relax upstairs. Kitchen is somewhat under stocked if cooking for as many people as can sleep there. We had 8 forks for 16 people. Only found one baking pan. Other than that, fantastic house and had a memorable and enjoyable stay!

The sizable house is located just off the beach and offered everything my group (13 guys) needed for a fun weekend. The owner was very communicative and was always available to answer questions. I highly recommend renting this property if you’re traveling to Hilton head.

This house and location were great. Such a quick and convenient walk to a beautiful beach. We loved visiting Coco’s next door, and going from beach to pool all day. Lots of great walking/running routes. The house fit us all perfectly, especially with all the kids in the basement. We couldn’t have asked for anything more, except possibly more forks in the kitchen and a larger pool. But the community pool was literally across the street and a great option. Terrific vacation. Property was clean and ready at check-in time. There were only three items that could use some attention 1. Window in entry level bedroom, one by front door, wouldn't close. 2. Both oven doors would not close completely. Especially the bottom. 3. Dishwasher detergent door would not open to allow detergent in. We just dropped in the bottom and worked fine.

We’ve rented several houses for several years for our growing family. We all agree this was the best one so far especially the bedrooms and all the bunk beds. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The only complaint was the locations of the air conditioner vents. When sitting in chairs and sofa in living room, we would get cold but we figured out a remedy! It’s a great house for our 10 grandchildren who had their own spaces to play in. The beach there is wonderful and we hope to go back next year.

Listing was very accurate. Great property. Easy beach access. House easily accommodated nine adults and four children. Best part was the big kitchen with a large open area in which small children could play and entire family could gather. Small pool also great for our grandchildren (ages 3,4, and 5).

We had a great week. The house was exceptional and had everything we needed. We cooked most meals in and the kitchen was equipped to handle our group of 12 well! The beach location is great and very private as it is very limited access to only those with homes in the area. No fighting for a good beach spot. We were worried about the size of the pool but honestly as it was all adults it was perfect for cooling off after the beach. Love the balconies!

The house was very clean, and the location was great. Quick walk to the beach and a bit of a view from the house. There were plenty of bath towels but I never found beach towels which are bulky to pack in a suitcase. The beach chairs were appreciated. I also never found a hairdryer which I assumed would be there, but we didn’t have any major complaints. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

We searched for this community after reading about the history of the area. Imagine our surprise when we found this quaint area that reminded us of the Mediterranean. An even better surprise was when we found out we could rent a house there for our Spring Break get away. This house was available so we reached out. The owner was very kind and was quick to answer our questions. We were concerned that this house was not beachfront. Yet it did not disappoint. The house was beautiful - a great mix of rustic and contemporary. The property is located steps from the beach and you can see the ocean from various points in the house. There is a pool that the kids enjoyed! The neighborhood is peaceful and well located to area amenities. The house was very clean and there were special touches throughout. There were even groups of towels neatly tied in gift bundles in each room. We could not figure out how to operate the grill so we reached out to the owner for instructions. He answered right away. Instead of walking us through it, he came by and helped us out. This property was great! We visit the island several times a year and this was by far one of the best locations we have stayed at.

This house was absolutely incredible! It was completely remodeled and very spacious. Our group of 20 ladies had plenty of room to spread out and never felt crowded. The house is right next to the beach and there are ocean views from nearly every room. Definitely coming back next year. Everyone in our group said this was their favorite house they had ever rented.
