Bedroom one and bedroom two are located right off the dining and kitchen areas. Bedroom one is furnished with a queen bed, while bedroom two features a twin over twin bunk bed, making it an ideal space for children or additional guests.
Continuing past these rooms, the home opens into a spectacular living area. Vaulted ceilings with skylights, expansive windows, and multiple sliding glass doors fill the room with natural light and provide direct access to the backyard. The generous scale of this room creates the perfect setting for relaxing with loved ones or hosting gatherings.
To the right of the entrance, you'll find a full bathroom with a standing shower. Just beyond, bedroom three offers a twin trundle bed and a comfortable retreat. Bedroom four is set apart as the primary suite, featuring a king bed and an ensuite full bathroom with a standing shower for added privacy and comfort.
Outside, the backyard has been transformed into a private oasis. A brand new pool shimmers under the sun, offering the perfect spot to cool off or lounge poolside. The kitchen was well stocked, the whole house was very clean and newly remodeled, and has a very large living room space. The only warning I would want to give future renters is that the pool is very small. I think this would be ok in the summer when you want to cool off, but it wasn't really useful for adults and teenagers during spring break. I think it would be great for small kids. But if you are looking for a pool older kids can splash around in, this is not that pool. Otherwise, we enjoyed everything else about the property and highly recommend.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property

The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.
