The open-concept living area is adorned with large windows, allowing natural light to illuminate the space. The living room is tastefully furnished, creating a cozy atmosphere perfect for relaxation or entertaining guests. The kitchen is a chef's dream and is designed to cater to both casual family meals and formal dinner parties. Adjacent to the kitchen is a stylish dining area, where you can enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones. Right outside the formal dining table on the screened porch is an additional dining table and seating.
Each of the six bedrooms is thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor. The primary suite has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Heading upstairs, you have an additional balcony with seating and four bedrooms. Bedroom 3 has two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom with a combination tub and shower. Bedroom 4 has a twin over a double bed and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 5. Bedroom 4 also features an X-Box Series S. Bedroom 5 has a king bed. Bedroom 6 has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.
Heading outside, you are met with an expansive private pool area with an outdoor kitchen and plenty of seating to soak up the rays. As if this home couldn't get any better, you have a game room in the garage that has air hockey, a ping pong table, a giant Jenga, and a giant Tic-Tac-Toe.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property

The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

Booked a trip for 15 friends, the house is beautiful and has amazing communal spaces for large group hangs and private spaces for break-away moments. The house has an incredible location right by the beach and only neighbors on two sides. Great number of bathrooms for the amount of guests, and plenty of dish ware for large groups. Management was very communicative and provide a personalized FAQ site. Use the concierge, they provided amazing recommendations for personal chefs and an in-home spa day. As a heads-up, "heated pool" means use of the hot tub, which we didn't realize, but otherwise the pool was a Dream. The whole trip was amazing!Posted: 7/7/2025

We loved this house and would like to rent it again in the future for a summer vacation. It is in a great neighborhood and a VERY short walk to the beach. Awesome place. It’s even bigger than what the pictures look like. Has everything needed in the kitchen to cook, so we barely even went out.
