10 Troon Drive | Palmetto Dunes

Our family - 6 adults, 2 young kids, and dog - absolutely loved this beach house! Even better than we expected! Updated kitchen was well equipped, updated bathrooms were nice, and plenty of seating and storage space. Tons of natural light and beautiful views off hole 1 of the golf course. It was an easy drive to anywhere on the island we wanted to go, and an easy walk to the beach (probably 7 minutes) for our whole group, which made this our favorite HHI house yet. Appreciated having washer/dryer and vacuum during our stay. If you have littles, be sure to pack a step stool to reach sinks and books/toys. We hope to return every year!

Great house. Well decorated and functional. We enjoyed the stay very much. The golf course view was very entertaining. AC went out for about a day and a half. Mgmt was very responsive and gave us two fans and a small ac unit. We asked for and were graciously granted an extra day for the inconvenience. Would definitely stay at 10 Troon again.

The house is in pristine condition in a peaceful setting. Very easy walk to the beach. We had a great stay.

The house is in great shape. The bathrooms were pristine and newly renovated. The kitchen is not huge, but we’ll equipped. The outdoor gas grill was incredibly clean and easy to use.

We also enjoyed these location. It was an easy walk to the beach.

I appreciate that the house is dog friendly too.

This was by far the best spot I have ever stayed in. Felt like a home away from home moments after we walked in. Stunning view of the golf course when the sun sets. Easy to get in and so close to everything you need. Check out Ombra for the best chicken parm you’ve ever had.

Planned a golf trip with my buddies and this place was perfect. Enough bedrooms plus a kitchen that fulfilled all our meals. Being right on the Fazio course made it all the better being able to watch groups play through. Will definitely be back again.

I enjoyed a wonderful vacation with my family in this home! It has so many brand new updates, tons of natural light, and is very clean and spacious. We especially enjoyed late afternoons on the porch watching the golfers and the short, easy walk to the beach - our dog loved it too!!
