Family Vaca 2025

I have a family of 14 and we all stayed in 1013 Seacrest!Everything was perfect. Everyone loved that there was a king size bed for every couple. The only downfall that we really had was the fact that there was scaffolding up and it just didn’t make for picture taking very easy.The staff at Island time is exceptional!!!My only complaint would be that the outdoor furniture could use a really good cleaning and the carpets need cleaned on the inside.

Family Favorite

The property is a family favorite. Both 101 and 103 are furnished nicely and excellent location. Only two issues while we were there this last week - the air in the master bedroom's not working but was immediately correceted after we called and the refrigerator )101) was not very cold and ice maker did not seem to function properly. Great experience as always.

Two condos the surpassed expectations

Excellent place for a family of all ages. Close to the beach, Tiki Hut Bar for live bands, bike friendly area, grocery store within 1/2 mile walk, variety of dining options just across the street, nice vacationers, quick response time to questions from the rental agent. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time. Our young children had interesting play areas to keep them busy. The seniors had walks or bike rides on the beach. And the rest of the crew fit in some pickleball about 15 minuters away.

Stunning!

What a gem! We were blown away by how beautiful and immaculate the condo is…just luxurious in every way. Stunning! The location was perfect - only steps away from great shopping and restaurants in one direction, and the beach/pool in the other. We loved having coffee on the deck in the morning while the sun was coming up over the oven followed by a walk along the beach. Perfect for larger families who want to be together but still have separate living areas. This place is gorgeous and we will surely be back. Highly recommend!

Perfect HHI Weekend

Not only were we fortunate enough to visit the beautiful island of Hilton Head but we were more fortunate enough to stay in such a lovely condo. Between the views from the porch, the proximity to the local bars/restaurants and shops, the accessibility to the beach, and the amenities this place has it all! The unit was very clean and comfortable for our group. There was definitely some time and thought put into this place as it was well put together. Would highly recommend staying here!

We loved being able to walk to all of the restaurants and shops...we were in the middle of everything. The main unit was beautifully decorated and well maintained. All high end appliances were a little tricky but we figured them out. The only negatives that we had were the late check in and the kind of long walk to the beach and pool....but that helped to get my steps in. Overall, everything was delightful.

Fantastic!

These condos were absolutely perfect! There was ample room for all 13 of us to spread out, there were more closets and cupboards than we could count, the patio was used all the time as we gathered there to plan and relive our days while enjoying the amazing views, the beds were very comfy, the location was unbeatable and the warm pool was well enjoyed! No complaints at all!

The location, deck and ocean views for sure but guests comment most on the feeling they have in the space; It's peaceful and every detail has been thought of from the well-stocked & high-end appliances in the kitchen to the professionally decorated interior.
