Second visit for friends and family and let me tell you this is more than breathtaking, never got over the daily view of the beach from the deck. Welcome staff from Island Time was on time at check in and answered all of our questions. Everybody of the 14 people who stayed with us were so thrilled with the location and house...just an exceptionally inviting place and we could feel our blood pressures dropping as the week progressed. Highly recommend this place for a large family trying to unwind for a week...worth every penny...WE will be back!

We had a few issues upon arrival (coffee maker not working, spa was not heating, pool was overfilled due to malfunctioning shutoff timer, door would lock due to malfunctioning mechanism). All these issue were addressed immediately by the property management company although a replacement door lock mechanism did not arrive during our stay. The home was perfectly suited to your needs, ten of us ranging in age from 1 to 80. We hope to arrange everyone's schedule for another great family vacation in the same home next year.

House is beautiful, fully stocked with everything you need in kitchen. Fantasic view. My only complaint is the mandatory $250.00 rental fee for beach rentals. That should be optional.

Our family group of 16 had a wonderful week at the beach in this beautiful house. The open floor plan has plenty of space for family groups to watch movies and play games together. We used the pool and hottub daily. We also walked to the beach daily for sand and surf play. Great restaurants, kayak tour and horseback riding this week. Big kitchen and comfortable beds were a plus. We loved the house and our stay at Hilton Head this year!

We love this house! This was our fourth year here. The only downside has been the storage space for food and drinks. But we were able to move things around in drawers to store things. The first two years, we had the big pantry in the kitchen. Love having two dishwashers. And next year, there will be a bathroom at the pool. My group is excited about that!

We have rented 103 Dune Lane from Island Time for the past 3 years ( and reserved next year already). The management team in place is extraordinary and tends to all your needs. This year was the first time we had a problem ( chirping alarm keypad) and they almost instantly came over to turn it off for us. The home is just perfect with a great pool for little kids or even lap swimming, private beach access, huge kitchen table, and even two dishwashers! But the best feature is 103 Dunes location, just close enough from Coligny shopping to easily walk with the family (.7 miles) and yet far enough to have beach privacy as if it’s your own private place for your family.

We had a great time! Even though the hurricane went through. We only got rains, and, at times, the kids would still go to the beach or swim in the pool!
We love this house and will be staying here again next year!
Love having two dishwashers and the huge dining table. Plenty of dishes, silverware, and cooking and baking equipment!

This is the 2nd time we stayed at this fantastic home. Our large family had plenty of room and felt right at home. We cook ALOT and had plenty of pots and pans, plates, silverware and anything you could need. The pool area was great and the private walkway to the beach was very convenient. We had a problem with the dryer but maintenance was quick to resolve it. We love this home and would rent again.

Our family considers this property our second home. We enjoy everything the home offers especially its privacy to the beach and pool. Island Time staff are always cordial and responsive though everything always works in the home and it is just a great part of our annual adventures with our family. Only thing really needed is a new mattress in the master bedroom, especially on the first floor but they already said the owner was taking care of that.

103 Dune was the perfect choice for our recent vacation to Hilton Head! The spacious floor plan and beautiful decor welcomed us upon arrival. We loved waking up to the ocean and being able to see dolphins from the porch!

With direct beach access, this property was exactly what we needed for early morning beach walks and sunset views.

You won't be sad when you book this property...until you have to leave!

What an incredible home. Well appointed, great layout for multi generation families. The location absolutely can’t be beat! Amazing views of the ocean from almost every window, your own private beach access boardwalk. Easy walking distance to Coligny plaza either on the path or just straight down the beach. Pool heat worked great and made the pool enjoyable even for our October stay. Can’t recommend this house enough! I know it is currently being sold and we hope the new owners continue to rent it out as we would love to come back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The house was beautiful! We had 3 families (15 ppl) stay together in this house and enjoyed every bit of it! Very spacious and so wonderful being so close to the ocean. Would definitely recommend this to anyone!

We had a wonderful experience at 103 Dune Lane, our group was multigenerational and a combination of two families, and we all appreciate the lovely common areas as well as the large well-appointed bedrooms. From the moment we arrived, we felt we were on vacation—from an elevator for easy arrival, to beach towels at the ready and a gorgeous pool warmed and ready for us to relax. The kitchen was very well equipped and spacious enough for a large group to prepare a meal together. The two dishwashers were a nice touch for quick cleanup. The house was well laid out and well-appointed for everybody – from the ping poll table and games and different living areas for different groups. The home offers amazing views of the beach with oversized windows and several decks. We also loved the boardwalk for private and easy access to the beach. Our group made use of the bikes almost every day we were there; these were a wonderful touch.
