Upon entry you walk into a sitting area perfect for unwinding over a favorite novel or morning coffee. In the same area is a large dining table where you can seat eight. This spacious setup is ideal for family meals, group gatherings, or entertaining guests while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The proximity to the kitchen ensures meals can be served conveniently, making dining together seamless and enjoyable.
Just beyond is the massive great room where large windows and soaring ceilings frame one of the most spectacular views on Hilton Head. There is plenty of seating around the flatscreen TV on the large sectional with extra chairs if needed. The open flow leads directly into the kitchen, living room, an additional dining area. The living room has a couch and loveseat around the flatscreen TV and offers direct porch access through sliding glass doors.
The kitchen is stocked with everything needed for cooking and entertaining. A huge island provides generous counter space for multiple cooks, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and new furnishings create a chef's dream. There is seating for six at the dining table and five stools at the kitchen bar.
Three bedrooms are located on this main level, each with a private bathroom. Bedroom one serves as the suite for this level and features a king bed, stunning ocean views, a flatscreen TV, and a large walk-in closet. Bedroom two has two twin-over-queen bunk beds, a couch, beanbags, and a flatscreen TV, making it the perfect kids' room. Bedroom three has a king bed and a flatscreen TV.
On the second floor, the master suite offers a king bed, comfortable seating, and expansive ocean views through large windows. The ensuite bathroom includes a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Down the hall, bedroom five has a king bed and beautiful ocean views with a full bathroom right across the hall. Bedroom six includes two queen beds, stunning views, and a private ensuite bathroom.
A spiral staircase leads to the lower level where two game rooms provide endless entertainment. Guests can enjoy a ping pong table, pool table, and classic Golden Tee and NBA Jam arcade games. There is bar seating, an icemaker for easy refills, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower offering direct outdoor access for pool and beach days.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:
Phase I:
- Complete - Contractor mobilizes in August 2025
- Complete - Weeks of August 13, 2025 thru September 12, 2025 - Fish Haul area
- Complete - Weeks of September 18, 2025 thru October 10, 2025 - Pine Island
- Complete - Weeks of October 11, 2025 thru October 17, 2025 - Port Royal (The Heel)
Phase II:
- Weeks of December 11, 2025 thru March 28, 2026 - Central Island, including beach areas along Palmetto Dunes
- Weeks of March 28, 2026 thru May 31, 2026 - South Island and South Beach areas.
Phase III:
- Weeks of November 1, 2025 thru April 30, 2026 - Pine Island Breakwater Structures
During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property
The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:
- Fish Haul Creek — 2,130 feet
- Pine Island — 5,280 feet
- Port Royal / The Heel — 5,280 feet
- Central Island (including Palmetto Dunes) — 28,860 feet
- South Beach / South Island — 10,230 feet
The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

- Construction noise will primarily involve bulldozers shaping the sand as it is deposited.
- Disruptions at individual properties generally last about three or four days as the renourishment operation progresses.
- Adjacent property owners, or renters, may experience short-term minor inconveniences.
