Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is absolutely gorgeous. We celebrated our 50 th anniversary with our children and grandchildren. The house was perfect. The only down side was the spiral staircases but we could deal with those. The pool was clean as was the house. I would definitely recommend this house. We had 18 people in our party and it was perfect.

First started coming to the Island in 1977. Been back many, many times since then. We even honeymooned there in 1983. Palmetto Dunes is our favorite place on the island. This house worked well for our us, our grown children, their spouses and our four grandchildren. We are in our mid 60’s, our children, their late 30’s, and our grandchildren range from six to ten years old. I would not recommend this house for people coming with babies, and people that have trouble with steps. All stairs are winding with small steps throughout the house. The pool, hot tub, oceanfront location, and game rooms are fantastic.

The staff at Island Time were excellent--quick response to any issues we had! Great location. Typical wear & tear for a rental property. Wish we had garage access to store bikes and easier access to cars when raining. Pool & outdoor areas needed more attention but it was windy

Had a fantastic time with my children and grandchildren in this home. All 15 of us had plenty of space, and enjoyed being right on the beach. The kids especially enjoyed the game room and ping pong table. Bike rentals made it easy to navigate close by. Management company was responsive when notified of overflowing trash left behind outside by previous tenants.overall an excellent stay.

From the house to the location, we couldn’t have asked for better. The beach was clean and perfect for bike riding, swimming, sunbathing and games. The pool was perfect for the teenagers and the house layout was ideal for our large family. Very clean, great kitchen, and everyone had their own bathroom and privacy when needed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This property is beautiful... just like the pics. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool was very popular along with the pool and ping pong tables. Bathrooms were well stocked and clean. Our family will be returning and I can't recommend this home any more strongly.

Great family vacation at 11 Junket. The house was exactly what was needed for our large family. The location on the beach was awesome and the pool provide hours of fun for the grandkids. The management group was responsive and great to work with as well. Will return for another family vacation at 11 Junket.

Gorgeous home right on the beach. Bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful!!! Family room off the kitchen was awesome too. Pool and outdoor space was amazing. Only negative is the spiral staircase to the pool area and the beach from the back deck.

The house is so nice and spacious has the most perfect pool! Everything was beautiful our kids had room to run around and be loud and really had such a great time. It's such a lovely set up the bedrooms are huge and spaced far enough apart that nobody was interrupted by anyone else. Beds are super comfy, towels were very thick and the sheets were very soft. None of us wanted to leave.

Great oceanfront home in PD. Pool area is larger than most in the area. Great for lave families. Property was clean and worked well for our family. Communication with the management team was very good. Will definitely stay here again.

From the breath-taking views of the ocean upon entry, to the stunning master suites on both levels, to the incredible attention to cleanliness, this place is simply paradise. Everything was as described and the house is really a palace on the ocean. The pool is huge with plenty of furniture for all and the views and the decor are magnificent.

Multiple refrigerators, 2 game rooms off of the pool area level. TVs with Roku throughout the house. Several bedrooms were bright and sunny in the early AM so make sure early risers stay in those rooms. Not many houses can compare to this one!!
