1204 Villamare | Palmetto Dunes

Loved our first visit to Hilton Head! Villamare is a beautiful vacation destination. Unit 1204 was perfect! Beautiful view of pool and beach. Updated interior with a coastal, relaxing vibe. Easy access to pool, beach and other amenities including the health club. Perfect location to bike to General store and Tennis/Pickleball and all around. Easy drive to and from Savannah Airport as well. Looking forward to our return visit. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We had an incredible time in Hilton Head Island at Villamare. The condo was beautiful and clean, perfectly located, with a view of the pool and ocean. We couldn’t have asked for a better unit. We truly had the best week.

This condo was great! We enjoyed the location as we've stayed in several in Villamare over the years and the view was nice too. The beds were comfortable but we would suggest bringing your own pillows as those provided are really flat. The shower heads could be replaced soon as one of them beats you without any control of changing it. All of the appliances work well and seem new. The condo is decorated very tastefully and had plenty of space for us.

Wonderful, clean condo. Everything was just as described and all looks new. Comfortable beds and furniture throughout. Perfect for our family of 5. View is beautiful and so close to the beach. Very quiet area except the beach was much more crowded than expected. We rented bikes for the week and had a great time riding on the beach and everywhere around Palometto Dunes. We had a light out in the shower when we arrived and texted and it was fixed next morning. Excellent service. There is a large fountain right outside of the balcony. It is very beautiful but unfortunately you cannot hear the ocean waves over the fountain. I was able to get up early and sit out and hear the waves before the fountain turned on at 8. So if you love to sit out and hear the ocean, you may consider a different unit. Other suggestions would be add another hair dryer. One for each bathroom would have been nice. Also, change the light bulbs to newer clear LED. Not many lights in this condo and they are all warm white and pretty dim. Only lights in bedrooms are lamps.

So close to the beach, the pictures don’t do it justice. Loved sitting on the high top patio chairs and watching the waves on the ocean.

I’ve stayed at Villamare for the last four years. Unit 1204, our first time in this unit, was by far the best in terms of location on the property. The pond, pool, and beach views are inviting. The exterior hallway is quiet and private. The furniture was comfortable and clean. I loved there wasn’t any carpet.
