Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

1206 Sea Crest is a spacious 2nd-floor corner villa in the Sea Crest complex where you can enjoy direct oceanfront views.

As you enter the front door into a small foyer, you will notice the very nice plank-style flooring. To the left is a guest bedroom with two queen beds, a bench seat, and an accent chair. The sliding doors open to a private covered balcony where there are two high-top Adirondack chairs to enjoy the views of the resort lagoons, pool, and ocean. This bedroom also has a private bathroom with a double granite-topped vanity and a large walk-in shower.

Just off the foyer to the right, you'll find the second bedroom, thoughtfully furnished with two full-size beds and a cozy accent chair. This room offers convenient access to the adjacent hall bathroom, which features a double vanity, a luxurious soaking tub, and a spacious walk-in shower.

As you move beyond the foyer, you're welcomed into a bright and beautiful open space featuring the kitchen and living area. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a sleek flat-top stove. A cozy kitchen nook offers a high-top table for two, plus two additional seats at the countertop, perfect for casual meals or conversation.

The living room invites you to relax with a comfortable sectional and two rocking chairs, surrounded by large windows that flood the space with sunlight and showcase stunning ocean views.

Just beyond the living room and kitchen is the dining room, featuring a glass-topped table that seats six against a striking mirror accent wall. Adjacent to the kitchen is the master bedroom, complete with a king bed and a stylish accent chair. Sliding doors open onto the balcony, which is also accessible from the living room. Out here, you'll find two chairs and a high-top table for two, an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

The ensuite bathroom features a double granite vanity and a spacious walk-in shower, adding a touch of luxury to your retreat.

The Sea Crest Resort is located just steps from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and offers a variety of amenities, such as two oceanfront pools, a hot tub, a children's pool, a fitness center, and beautifully landscaped gardens. Spring Break in HHI

We had a great stay! Seacrest is in a perfect location with convenient access to shopping, dining, bike trails, the beach, etc. The pool was heated which was much appreciated on the windy/cooler days. The hot tub is large. Pool Bar Jims is convenient for drinks and bar bites. The condo had most everything we needed for our stay including beach towels. The only downfall was the garbage service for an adjacent property that comes every day between 5:30-6:30a to pick up and shake a large dumpster.

Everything We Wanted

The complex, the amenities and the unit were exactly what we were looking for. We love the location on the beach, the pools and surrounding areas, location and Pool Bar Jim’s is a fun addition. The unit itself was comfortable, clean, well maintained and had everything we needed.

1206 Seacrest

My family of 6 had a wonderful stay at 1206 Seacrest. The condo was very spacious for 6; it would be tight with more than 6. The condo had fantastic views of the laguna outside of the balcony as well as the great ocean front. It was well stocked with everything we needed, including a Keurig and blender. It's conveniently located directly across the street from Coligny Shopping Center. A 2 min walk to the beach, pool, shopping and eating locations. The parking garage is located under the condo but it spans the entire complex and the entrance is on the opposite side - with no signage in the garage, this created a bit of confusion on where to park but once we figured it out it was easy. There's a staircase directly outside of the condo that brings you down to the garage. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Baby Moon!

This condo was absolutely magical! We wanted a long weekend in Hilton Head for our last hoorah before our baby boy enters the world and the rest and relaxation is few and far between. This condo had everything we wanted and everything we didn’t know we needed. Countless restaurants and shops are in walking distance so you don’t have to deal with the stress of parking. Waking up to the sounds of waves and a beautiful view of the ocean is exactly what I day dreamed about the days leading up to the trip, and this condo delivered! I can’t wait to come back here and share this condo with my growing family. Also, a huge thanks to the owners and Island Time. Everything was perfect and I felt like I was at home while at the beach in lavish condo with all the amenities.

Just exceptional. The pictures are deceiving -- the space is even bigger and more beautiful than the photos reflect. And the direct ocean view from the living space and main bedroom is gorgeous.
Bonus, one of the bedrooms has its own climate control, so if you have picky travelers, you can have different temperatures. The place is stocked with the basics, so meals were effortless.
And having Coligny across the street is beyond convenient. Walkable access to food, shopping, and live music? Yes, please. BOOK THIS PLACE.

The description and photos were accurate, the size and location perfect for our family. It was our first stay with Island Time. Their assistance and follow-ups were professional and timely. We will use them again. The condo and building was clean and well cared for. If I were owning or renting more regularly there I would be expecting a proper foyer and guarded reception area. Why? It is too confusing for self and guests to arrive via the parking area. For the price it needs proper reception and easier entry. The family enjoyed the closeness to Coligny where the teenagers could safely wander and grandparents walk on level ground. We are swimmers and enjoyed both pools, heated or not!

Great location and had everything we needed!

This was our first time to Hilton Head and it was a wonderful experience. The property description was very accurate. As first time visitors, the location was perfect(an easy walk for all our needs), the view was gorgeous and the easy pool/beach access was great for kids. We had two 3 year olds that spent every day in the pool. We also had a 6 week old with us, so the short walk to the condo from the pool was very convenient. The customer service was very attentive from start to finish. We had one day of a lot of rain and wind which cause some of the windows to leak and also caused the floor in the master to have water come up from the floor. When I contacted the POC they quickly provided us with additional towels and had the property manager to come out and take a look at the issue. That was the only concern during the entire trip. I would highly recommend this property and return to this property for our next visit!

Nice Condo

We stayed for a week over Columbus Day. This was our first visit to Hilton Head and the location near Coligny was great. View from this unit is great and the kitchen was well stocked. Only think that could have made our stay better would have been having Mother Nature cooperate!

This condo was perfect for our girls trip. There were five of us and we had plenty of space. The condo had a great view and easy, quick access to pools and the beach. There were many options for shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We also appreciated that extra beach chairs, umbrellas, and rafts were provided. We were beyond happy with this rental and worked definitely rent it again!
