The main level greets you with a spacious living room seamlessly connected to an open kitchen featuring a center island and an outdoor grilling area with seating.

The bedroom offerings are nothing short of opulent. The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort and flexibility. The first bedroom offers a king bed with an ensuite walk-in shower. The second bedroom is ideal for families, equipped with bunk beds (twin over full) and a twin trundle bed. The primary suite, includes an office desk and dressing room, along with a pull-out sleeper sofa accommodating two additional guests. Its ensuite bathroom features a luxurious soaking tub and a generously sized walk-in shower. Fantastic!
This was our second year in a row booking thru Island Time, and we will continue to do so! This property was exceptional. Everything we wanted for our stay. Room for everyone, we had 6 adults, 3 kids and a toddler with us. Pool was perfect, quick walk to the beach, downstairs fridge was really convenient when hanging by the pool.
Big shout out to Brenda S. who helped us find this property after a snafu with our original booking for this year.

Great family vacation house
We absolutely loved our week vacation in your beautiful home. We found it very clean, spacious and well stocked. It was perfect for our grown family with spouses and 2 grandchildren. The pool/spa and backyard area provided hours of entertainment and relaxation for everyone, and your location is just a short walk to the beach and a quick bike ride to the market and pickleball/tennis center. It was everything we were looking for in our HHI vacation. Thanks for a memorable experience!

Perfect Property for a Hilton Head Vacation
We loved staying at 13 Sea Lane and hated to have to leave. The property is big and open with lots of light. The furnishings are beautiful and seemed as if they were brand new. The house looks like it could be featured in a Beach House issue of House Beautiful. This house had everything we could have wanted in a house. Our entire party slept great in this house and that is unusual for us in a rental property.

Stunning home, inside and out. We stayed here last year also. Now it is completely renovated from last year, with the addition of a pool, hot tub and landscaping. All new furniture and paint, doors and most windows. All of the bedrooms are large and very comfortable. Our family and friends loved it.

13 Sea Lane in Palmetto Dunes
We enjoyed our stay in 13 Sea Lane. The house was lovely, light, and definitely large enough for our family. 5 bedrooms, and 4 with an ensure bathroom, made sure everyone had plenty of room and Privacy. Thr house was clean and well equipped, and once we figured out the stove top we were in business. Might be a good idea to include instructions for the induction stovetop. We enjoyed the ping-pong and billiards,and especially liked the wonderful pool! Everyone enjoyed hopping into the pool to cool off after going to the beach or riding bikes. It was about 1/4 mile ? Walk to the beach - very doable. The beach was very pretty - we rented an umbrella and chairs from the beach patrol. We had not stayed in this area of Palmetto Dunes before but we really liked it. The mid island location was convenient and the house offered more privacy than condos. We played pickleball once and went to the general store a few times. We also ran the Sea Turtle Trot 5k (got the tee shirt to prove it). They were a few minor issues with the house and Island Time was very responsive and pleasant.

The house was lovely. We really enjoyed the new pool and hot tub area. The proximity to the beach was appreciated as we had several kids in our party. Despite the tropical storm hitting the area during the week of our stay, we had a wonderful week!

Immaculate Vacation Home

2025 Beach Renourishment +

THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS provided by the TOWN OF HILTON HEAD ISLAND 

Hilton Head Island's beach is crucial to both residents and the local economy. To preserve this valuable resource, the Town has planned a beach restoration project for Summer 2025, funded primarily by tourism through the local Beach Preservation Fee.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
  • The 2025 beach renourishment is expected to be similar to the previous projects in 1990, 1997, 2006 and 2016.
  • The proposed project will include the placement of approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach compatible sand from up to four offshore borrow areas along about 46,500 ft of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline.
  • This project is part of the Town's ongoing beach management program, with renourishment scheduled every 8 to 10 years, depending on weather and beach conditions.
  • Pine Island in Hilton Head Plantation will be included in the 2025 restoration. 
SAND PLACEMENT

The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:

  1. South Beach / South Island - Approximately 750,000 cubic yards of sand along approximately 10,230 feet of the southern Atlantic Ocean shoreline.
  2. Central Island - Approximately 700,000 cubic yards along 28,860 feet of Atlantic Ocean shoreline.
  3. The Heel - Approximately 500,000 cubic yards of sand along 5,280 feet at the northeast point of the island at the intersection of the Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline.
  4. Fish Haul Creek - Approximately 50,000 cubic yards of sand along about 2,130 feet of Port Royal Sound shoreline.
  5. Pine Island - Approximately 180,000 cubic yards of beach compatible sand and construction of six rock breakwaters on the Port Royal Sound shoreline of Hilton Head Plantation between Dolphin Head and Pine Island.
CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

The nourishment sand will be excavated by hydraulic dredge from two offshore shoal features.

  • Up to 50,000 feet of pipeline will be trucked or floated to the island by way of large rafts, then moved onto the beach.
  • The pipeline will be piled in stacks along the shoreline until needed during construction.
  • During construction, many miles of pipeline will be submerged on the ocean floor between the offshore borrow sites and the beach.
  • The rest of the pipeline will be laid progressively along the newly constructed beach as the fill sand is pumped on shore.

The dredge will pump a mixture of sand and seawater through the pipeline, and will discharge it onto the beach.

  • There, it will flow parallel to the shoreline - allowing the sand to settle out and the water to return to the sea.
  • Bulldozers and other heavy construction machinery will constantly shape the sand to meet the design specifications.

Project construction is expected to last approximately six months, operating around the clock.

  • On average, the process should move along the shoreline at a rate of about 200 to 300 feet per day.
  • As the fill placement progresses, approximately 1,000 foot sections of the beach are closed temporarily to pedestrian access.
  • Several days of work activity will occur seaward of any one piece of oceanfront property in the 1,000 foot active work area along the beach.
  • Once placed and rough-graded, the new beach is immediately reopened to the public.
IMPACTS ON RESIDENTS AND VISITORS
  • Construction noise will primarily involve bulldozers shaping the sand as it is deposited.
  • Disruptions at individual properties generally last about three or four days as the renourishment operation progresses.
  • Adjacent property owners, or renters, may experience short-term minor inconveniences.
