This Palmetto Dunes beach home features 4 bedrooms and is only a short walk to the beach—that is, if you ever want to leave this gem!
15 Sea Lane features a spacious open floor plan and plenty of natural sunlight! Unwind in the living room as you watch TV on the flatscreen or read one of your favorite novels. Plenty of seating ensures families can all be together without feeling crowded. The newly renovated, spacious kitchen has plenty of counter space and is perfect for prepping beach snacks or cooking a meal for the family. The kitchen features 4 bar stools and a table for 4, and the formal dining table can seat up to 8. The Carolina Room offers additional living space where you can unwind with a book. It also has a television located inside. Outside, you have a private porch with a patio table to sit and enjoy nature.
The private and heatable pool is just a short trip down the steps and is surrounded by lush landscaping to give you more privacy. If you're lucky enough, you'll witness the beautiful Carolina wildlife right from your backyard!
The first bedroom is downstairs and features a comfy king-sized bed. The second bedroom overlooks the pool and has two twin beds, making it perfect for the kids. At the top of the staircase, to the right, you will find the master bedroom, a cozy room that features a king bed and a ceiling fan to keep circulation going on those hot days. The large master bathroom features a vanity as well as a walk-in shower. The huge walk-in closet is perfect for keeping those clothes nice and fresh for a night out on the town. From the staircase to the left, you will find the fourth bedroom, featuring a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa. This room has its own ensuite bathroom and has plenty of floor space. 15 Sea Lane is ready for it all!

Additional fees apply for last-minute requests made prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property
The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:
The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

15 Sea Lane is within walking/biking distances of the ocean. The pool was a big hit with our family! We had everything we needed when we decided to cook at the house such as pots and pans and plates. This house checks all the boxes. It’s a short .25 to the beach access. The kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances should you want to cook dinners, which we did a couple of nights. The master bath was amazing. The pool is spectacular. It was perfect for all 6 adults and 2 toddlers to use without feeling crowded. The sitting bench in the pool is an added bonus. We had an amazing time at this vacation home! The walk to the beach was not bad at all, only 10 minutes, even with six children ages 9 and under. I would recommend using bikes/ strollers/ wagons to help out as well (the commute was a breeze once we did this). The home itself was perfect. Super clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with anything we needed. One thing to note, two of the bedrooms are on the first floor, and one is right off of the living/dining room. So, if you have kids who need to go to sleep earlier (it’s a room with two twin beds), the sound from the main spaces travels into this room. Not a huge deal though. Overall we had an amazing time, the property management group was very communicative and responded quickly to our questions. We love this property and would love to go back!Posted: 6/20/2024
We enjoyed a family getaway over Easter. The kids especially enjoyed the pool, although heating it was quite pricey! Location was nice... About a half hour walk to the beach. The home was nicely appointed and clean. The barbecue/deck area needs some cleanup and a fresh coat of paint. The barbecue grill should be replaced. We enjoyed a two week visit to Hilton head in a comfortable and nicely appointed home. The kids especially appreciated the swimming pool, and spent some fun hours enjoying it. The walk to the beach was a bit longer than what was stated on the website, but still easily accomplished, even by the little ones. The deck/barbecue area needs to be cleaned up a bit, power washed, and painted. The grill should be replaced.Posted: 4/10/2024

The home was very clean. Check in was very easy and friendly. Communication with property management was easy and they were always quick to respond. The home was perfect for our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children age 10 and under). There was more than enough room to accommodate our family, and we could have even had other family join us. The walk to the beach was convenient and less than 10 minutes. The pool was very relaxing and a wonderful and beautiful space. We saw deer every day. Perfect view of the golf course. We love HHI and will certainly return, maybe to this home too in the future. The water dispenser from the fridge was not working, but property management is looking into getting it up and running for future guests. And, the outside pool light was not working. This was a nice house but it's ready for new beds and could use some added kitchen utensils such as pizza cutter, lids for bowls, plastic cups for around the pool. House was a little farther then what we are use too to get to the beach.Posted: 7/18/2022
