15 Sea Lane features a spacious open floor plan and plenty of natural sunlight! Unwind in the living room as you watch TV on the flatscreen or read one of your favorite novels. Plenty of seating ensures families can all be together without feeling crowded. The newly renovated, spacious kitchen has plenty of counter space and is perfect for prepping beach snacks or cooking a meal for the family. The kitchen features 4 bar stools and a table for 4, and the formal dining table can seat up to 8. The Carolina Room offers additional living space where you can unwind with a book. It also has a television located inside. Outside, you have a private porch with a patio table to sit and enjoy nature.
The private and heatable pool is just a short trip down the steps and is surrounded by lush landscaping to give you more privacy. If you're lucky enough, you'll witness the beautiful Carolina wildlife right from your backyard!
The first bedroom is downstairs and features a comfy king-sized bed. The second bedroom overlooks the pool and has two twin beds, making it perfect for the kids. At the top of the staircase, to the right, you will find the master bedroom, a cozy room that features a king bed and a ceiling fan to keep circulation going on those hot days. The large master bathroom features a vanity as well as a walk-in shower. The huge walk-in closet is perfect for keeping those clothes nice and fresh for a night out on the town. From the staircase to the left, you will find the fourth bedroom, featuring a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa. This room has its own ensuite bathroom and has plenty of floor space. 15 Sea Lane is ready for it all!

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:
Phase I:
- Complete - Contractor mobilizes in August 2025
- Complete - Weeks of August 13, 2025 thru September 12, 2025 - Fish Haul area
- Complete - Weeks of September 18, 2025 thru October 10, 2025 - Pine Island
- Complete - Weeks of October 11, 2025 thru October 17, 2025 - Port Royal (The Heel)
Phase II:
- Weeks of December 11, 2025 thru March 28, 2026 - Central Island, including beach areas along Palmetto Dunes
- Weeks of March 28, 2026 thru May 31, 2026 - South Island and South Beach areas.
Phase III:
- Weeks of November 1, 2025 thru April 30, 2026 - Pine Island Breakwater Structures
During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property
The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:
- Fish Haul Creek — 2,130 feet
- Pine Island — 5,280 feet
- Port Royal / The Heel — 5,280 feet
- Central Island (including Palmetto Dunes) — 28,860 feet
- South Beach / South Island — 10,230 feet
The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

- Construction noise will primarily involve bulldozers shaping the sand as it is deposited.
- Disruptions at individual properties generally last about three or four days as the renourishment operation progresses.
- Adjacent property owners, or renters, may experience short-term minor inconveniences.
