The kitchen features 4 bar stools and a table for 4, and the formal dining table can seat up to 8. The Carolina Room offers additional living space where you can unwind with a book. It also has a television located inside. Outside, you have a private porch with a patio table to sit and enjoy nature.
The private and heatable pool is just a short trip down the steps and is surrounded by lush landscaping to give you more privacy. If you're lucky enough, you'll witness the beautiful Carolina wildlife right from your backyard!
The first bedroom is downstairs and features a comfy king-sized bed. The second bedroom overlooks the pool and has two twin beds, making it perfect for the kids. At the top of the staircase, to the right, you will find the master bedroom, a cozy room that features a king bed and a ceiling fan to keep circulation going on those hot days. The large master bathroom features a vanity as well as a walk-in shower. The huge walk-in closet is perfect for keeping those clothes nice and fresh for a night out on the town. From the staircase to the left, you will find the fourth bedroom, featuring a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa. This room has its own ensuite bathroom and has plenty of floor space. 15 Sea Lane is ready for it all!

If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated or reaching an optimal temperature.
