Not only will you have the sun room to unwind, but also the small courtyard placed to the left of the home, where you'll be able to soak in the sun and grill up the perfect meal.
One the first floor, you will also find the laundry room, which leads off from the kitchen and the first bedroom. Enjoy waking up in the first bedroom with the view through the courtyard and get your first peak of the morning sun. The first bedroom is equipped with a king bed, smart TV, a desk, and a full bathroom, en-suite.
As you make your way up to the second floor, you will find the other three bedrooms, the first being a king sized bed, with a smart TV, and an attached shared bath. The second, with a view of the golf course, with two queen beds, smart TV, and a shared attached bath. Lastly, is the bunk room with two twin beds, and a smart TV.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property

The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

We were blessed to be able to spend some time at this lovely home in Sea Pines. Sea Pines is the most beautiful part of Hilton Head Island so if you get a chance to stay here I can tell you it is magical. Otter Road is a great location situated near the security gate where you enter and exit Sea Pines making it very convenient to everything on the Island. This 4 bedroom home is very inviting situated on a property with gorgeous pines trees and palm trees with the back of the house facing a Sea Pines golf course. I felt very at home in the newly remodeled kitchen which had absolutely everything you could need for cooking and baking. The kitchen opened up to the dining room which had beautiful outdoor views from the enclosed sunroom. Lots of windows are throughout the home bringing in lots of sunlight. In January we definitely welcomed that sun! We are grateful to the owners of this home that we got to be guests here. Our stay at 150 Otter Road was wonderful! I stayed with 5 of my girlfriends and we had the best time. The home is updated with modern finishes and has a beautiful backyard view. We especially enjoyed hanging out in the sunroom. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make meals at the house. The location is convenient to many shops, restaurants/bars, and the beach. This home was perfect for our family vacation over the Christmas break. The property manager communicated greatly throughout the entire process, from beginning to end. We had absolutely no issues at all. The house was clean and comfortable. 150 Otter Road was everything we wanted for our vacation to HHI. The property was newly renovated: the furniture and decor were lovely, new and well-designed. The kitchen was fully stocked and the property is located right on the golf course and so convenient to activities within the Sea Pines plantation and restaurants and retail in the downtown part of HHI. We especially loved how bright and light the house was and how many different sitting areas it offered to hang out. It was perfect for our family, kids and parents. 150 Otter Road was everything we wanted. The entire house is newly renovated with a beachy vibe that is perfect for HHI. Loved the house and loved the area. Bright, good size, comfortable - exactly as the pictures show. The area of Sea Pines is wonderful. Lots of walking and bike paths, great beaches and restaurants.
