Description Description
This newly renovated Sea Pines home features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The living space is well lit by natural sunlight and features plenty of plush seating as well as a fireplace. The kitchen is newly remodeled and features new cabinets, countertops, and appliances, and the dining area has plenty of seating and offers golf views from the table as well.

Attached to the living room is a Carolina Room that has plenty of comfortable seating with golf and landscape views. There is also a separate outdoor space with additional seating and a gas grill.

The first bedroom is downstairs and features a king bed and private bathroom space. The three other bedrooms are upstairs and share a bathroom. All bedrooms have their own TVs.

Comfortable, clean, and a great location
4 bedroom home has a great location in Sea Pines on the Sea Pines CC Golf Course. Interior was spacious, clean, and modestly furnished, which fit our needs and expectations. Kitchen was very functional, as were the washer and dryer. Lots of windows meant lots of bright light in the house, and the rear facing porch-like room was nice. We would have preferred some outdoor furniture in the back yard, but this was a minor issue. Overall, a very nice stay.

Thank you! We absolutely loved everything about 150 Otter Road
150 Otter Road was everything we wanted for our vacation to HHI. The property was newly renovated: the furniture and decor were lovely, new and well-designed. The kitchen was fully stocked and the property is located right on the golf course and so convenient to activities within the Sea Pines plantation and restaurants and retail in the downtown part of HHI. We especially loved how bright and light the house was and how many different sitting areas it offered to hang out. It was perfect for our family, kids and parents. Thank you for making our stay great.

Everything we wanted!
150 Otter Road was everything we wanted. The entire house is newly renovated with a beachy vibe that is perfect for HHI. It is conveniently located on the golf course and close to all of the amenities within Sea Pines. We especially loved sitting in the Carolina room for morning coffee and evening drinks. Thank you for making our stay fabulous

I can't say enough great things about this place. First of all, EVERYTHING is renovated, new, and stylish.... the owners did not forget a detail! It felt like stepping into total luxury and vacation!! And you cannot get a better location, but with the right amount of privacy. It is just a stunning property and immaculately kept. Look no further!!! We will be back :)

Hilton Head Vacation
Loved the house and loved the area. Bright, good size, comfortable - exactly as the pictures show. The area of Sea Pines is wonderful. Lots of walking and bike paths, great beaches and restaurants.
all in all a wonderful vacation.
