We were blessed to be able to spend some time at this lovely home in Sea Pines. Sea Pines is the most beautiful part of Hilton Head Island so if you get a chance to stay here I can tell you it is magical. Otter Road is a great location situated near the security gate where you enter and exit Sea Pines making it very convenient to everything on the Island. This 4 bedroom home is very inviting situated on a property with gorgeous pines trees and palm trees with the back of the house facing a Sea Pines golf course. I felt very at home in the newly remodeled kitchen which had absolutely everything you could need for cooking and baking. The kitchen opened up to the dining room which had beautiful outdoor views from the enclosed sunroom. Lots of windows are throughout the home bringing in lots of sunlight. In January we definitely welcomed that sun! We are grateful to the owners of this home that we got to be guests here. Take good care of this home if you stay here so it remains as lovely as it is ;)

Great Stay in Sea Pines, HHIOur family of 6 adults, 2 kids and our fur babies had a wonderful time in this spacious home. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the living room perfect for gathering. Located on a quiet street with easy access to Sea Pines and town.We had a minor A/C issue upstairs, but Island Time responded immediately with a technician and a great temporary fix. Only downside: the floors in the hallway and dining room were uneven and a bit unstable. Overall, a great experience—we’d happily return!

Our stay at 150 Otter Road was wonderful! I stayed with 5 of my girlfriends and we had the best time. The home is updated with modern finishes and has a beautiful backyard view. We especially enjoyed hanging out in the sunroom. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make meals at the house. The location is convenient to many shops, restaurants/bars, and the beach. Thank you for a great vacation!

This house is as described and we enjoyed our 3 months here. The managers at Island Times are excellent as well. Our grandson loved the bedroom with the bunk beds and called it “cozy.” We loved that it is close to the Sea Pines Nature Preserve and the bike trail

This home was perfect for our family vacation over the Christmas break. We had various family members and their friends come to the house at different times during our 2 week stay and the house was perfectly laid out for all guests. The property manager communicated greatly throughout the entire process, from beginning to end. We had absolutely no issues at all. The house was clean and comfortable. The only thing I'd recommend is labeling the light switches; there are so many! Other than that, we had a really great stay over Thanksgiving. Thank you!!

Interior was spacious, clean, and modestly furnished, which fit our needs and expectations. Kitchen was very functional, as were the washer and dryer. Lots of windows meant lots of bright light in the house, and the rear facing porch-like room was nice. We would have preferred some outdoor furniture in the back yard, but this was a minor issue. Overall, a very nice stay.

150 Otter Road was everything we wanted for our vacation to HHI. The property was newly renovated: the furniture and decor were lovely, new and well-designed. The kitchen was fully stocked and the property is located right on the golf course and so convenient to activities within the Sea Pines plantation and restaurants and retail in the downtown part of HHI. We especially loved how bright and light the house was and how many different sitting areas it offered to hang out. It was perfect for our family, kids and parents. Thank you for making our stay great.

150 Otter Road was everything we wanted. The entire house is newly renovated with a beachy vibe that is perfect for HHI. It is conveniently located on the golf course and close to all of the amenities within Sea Pines. We especially loved sitting in the Carolina room for morning coffee and evening drinks. I can't say enough great things about this place. First of all, EVERYTHING is renovated, new, and stylish.... the owners did not forget a detail! It felt like stepping into total luxury and vacation!! And you cannot get a better location, but with the right amount of privacy. It is just a stunning property and immaculately kept.
