This villa is located on the 5th floor, allowing you to see as far as the eye can see across the Atlantic Ocean. 1506 Villamare has been completely renovated. The kitchen plays host to granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The living area allows for plentiful seating for family conversations, lounging, and fun!
This vacation property offers two master suites, allowing for complete privacy. Each master suite invites you in with a king bed and private bath. The third bedroom offers two queen-sized beds. All the bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV for viewing pleasure.

Please Note: Building improvements are in progress at the Villamare complex now through March 2026, including work on the walkways in the complex, stucco, balcony, roof, and painting work. For this property, stucco work and painting are completed, however, work continues at the complex. Some noise from construction equipment/materials may be experienced during the day; however, the project team is working to minimize any inconvenience.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property
The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:
The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

Our family of 4 including 2 adult children found this unit to be ideal for our week long vacation. The views were incredible and the layout of the unit was ideal. The kitchen was well equipped. We took advantage of the free tennis court time associated with the unit. This was our second time staying in this fabulous condo. The ocean views are unsurpassed with dolphin sittings a daily event. The renovated pools and hot tubs create a spa like atmosphere. The central location gives easy access to almost anywhere on the island.

This condo was wonderful for our family. The 3 separated bedrooms/bathrooms gave our family of adults their own space with their own ocean view balcony. Great view of the ocean from all three balconies. Spent most nights just sitting out here enjoying the sights and sounds. The only minor issue we had was the balcony door were a bit hard to slide. Our family had a great time at this condo. It was clean, spacious and had a great view of the Atlantic. The pool was great and plenty warm, despite a couple days of less than ideal temps. The rental company communicated very well throughout the process so we were never confused about what was expected. Inside and outside Hot tub/pool was available. Didn’t get to take advantage of some of the activities such as water aerobics, weightlifting class or pickleball class but I would have given a longer stay. I stayed here for about a month during March of 2022. It was outstanding. The beach views were amazing, the beach is wonderful for walking and bike riding, and Island Time was super to work with. Many wonderful places to explore on Hilton Head Island. I loved that each bedroom had a bathroom, that made having guests very easy. I would definitely return..Posted: 4/17/2022

This rental exceeded all of our expectations. The pictures don't do justice to the views and how much glass there is to take in all the beauty of the ocean. It's total relaxation. The condo was beautifully furnished and was perfectly clean. It was a very comfortable place to relax after a day of fun. Kitchen was stocked with everything you might need. We generally rent houses in Palmetto dunes. My wife and I decided we were going to take a trip just for the two of us. When we arrived, we were greeted with the friendliest and most kindly hosts. Our condo was simply beautiful. Can’t even begin to describe the views! We stayed for one day of the six we were booked for. We had a family emergency and had to cut our stay short. We were on our way home the next day and received a call from Island Time Reality wandering how our stay was going. We explained to Island Time the situation. Soon thereafter we were offered another a stay by the owners. We will be renting this place until we buy, absolutely beautiful! Beautiful condo, beautiful owners, highly recommend!Posted: 2/27/2022

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The views cannot be beat. The accomodations were comfortable and we loved the wood flooring in the living room and dining room. The Villamare property is well maintained with daily pool cleaning and other common areas. The condo could use some maintenance as some paint was peeling in the dining area and other areas could use a touch up. It was also hard to find a pan that wasn't scratched but none of these are reasons not to stay here.Posted: 9/21/2021

We had a great time on our trip to HHI, but with this corner condo just up the steps from the pool and beach entrance and two different balconies to view the scene below, we couldn’t lose. We were able to be in the room while our teens were on the beach or at the pool and check on them easily with the perfect view of each. My only complaint is that the washer and dryer were weak for a condo meant to hold 8 people. So small that only 3 bath towels could be washed at a time, which only made it worth using when really necessary. In the past, I’ve always gotten most of our clothes washed up before heading home, but that wasn’t happening here. We also couldn’t find an iron, but oh well...the view made up for it!! Fabulous stay! The accommodations were generous, clean and lovely. The ocean views were gorgeous, and we loved hearing the ocean from the unit. The resort style setting was lush and beautifully landscaped, pristinely maintained and offered plentiful and comfortable seating outdoors during the time that we stayed. The unit was open and airy with comfy living room chairs, plenty of counter seating, and a huge dining room table. It was huge in terms of spaciousness, and intimate all at the same time. The property was awesome. Just steps to the beach. Very spacious and my family of 5 was not on top of each other. We loved staying here and will do it again. We loved our 3 balconies and the view was priceless. The host was always available for questions, feedback, etc.Posted: 8/15/2020
We had a great stay in this unit! Gorgeous views all around. The villa is nicely decorated and very well appointed. We ate in more than usual due to COVID the kitchen had everything we needed. The condo is great! We enjoyed three spacious bedrooms each with is own bathroom. The views are awesome and you can see the ocean from every room! The only hiccup we had was getting our arrival info and did not have clear instructions on parking pass upon arrival. Would definitely rent this condo again.Posted: 7/28/2020

Our families stay at 1506 Villamare was wonderful . The view out the many windows is amazing and we used all the porches to enjoy the late May weather. . We would definitely stay there again. 😀Posted: 6/3/2020

Had a wonderful stay! This unit has 3 decks that overlook the ocean ( 2 of the decks are in bedrooms) and a huge deck off the living room. Great beach access, close to everything and great running/ walking location . We will definitely return!
