Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

This completely renovated (2024) 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property is perfectly located within steps of South Beach Marina, a short five minute walk to South Beach, and a three minute walk to tennis, pickleball, The Salty Dog Café, restaurants, and shopping.

The property includes two reserved parking spaces. As you enter the single story, end unit villa, you are greeted by an inviting open living area with tasteful coastal furnishings and updated décor. Large windows provide views of the tranquil lagoon, creating a peaceful and picturesque backdrop. The living room features a vaulted ceiling and a pullout sofa bed, as well as a new (2024) 65" TV.

The two well-appointed bedrooms each feature a king bed. The primary bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and an oversized walk-in shower. The guest bathroom features a combination shower/tub. The guest bedroom features a workstation well-suited to accommodate work-from-home needs.

The kitchen is equipped with all new (2024) appliances and loaded with amenities for those who choose to prepare meals during their stay. Grab a quick bite at the three Serena & Lily counter seats or the adjacent dining area table, which provides a lovely space to enjoy meals while taking in the views of the lagoon.

Through the twin, large sliding glass doors, you experience a spacious 268-square-foot Trex deck where you can relax, dine alfresco, or simply soak in the beauty of Hilton Head Island's natural surroundings. A Weber propane grill is provided in case you are an outdoor cooking enthusiast. Be prepared to spot frequent visitors, including Great Blue Herons, egrets, turtles, and jumping fish from 1584 Lagoon! And if fishing is your sport, you can try your luck by casting into the lagoon just steps off our deck.

The villa also has a new HVAC system and hot water heater (2025).

Loved where this property was located. Just minutes to walk to South Beach and the beach! Beautifully updated and incredibly clean. The bed was the most comfortable of any rental I have stayed at. Will rent here again! The area was quiet and peaceful.

Great Stay!
We really enjoyed this Sea Pines property, just down the street from Salty Dog, on a lagoon. The unit had been recently renovated and everything was new and top of the line. The large sliding doors in the living room open from both sides, making it very bright. The patio off the back, overlooking the lagoon, had a routine visitor, the neighborhood alligator, but the steep wall in the lagoon at our unit kept him on the other side. He was fun to watch.

Family get away

Great Place
We loved this brand new property! The villa was adorable and everything was new. We loved how private and quiet it was. The deck is big in person and we enjoyed coffee and drinks on the deck that overlooks the lagoon. The location was great as it was less than a five minute walk to the beach, pickle ball and the Salty Dog. As usual, Island Time was awesome and we will be back for sure!

2025 Beach Renourishment +

THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS provided by the TOWN OF HILTON HEAD ISLAND 

Hilton Head Island's beach is crucial to both residents and the local economy. To preserve this valuable resource, the Town has planned a beach restoration project for Summer 2025, funded primarily by tourism through the local Beach Preservation Fee.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
  • The 2025 beach renourishment is expected to be similar to the previous projects in 1990, 1997, 2006 and 2016.
  • The proposed project will include the placement of approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach compatible sand from up to four offshore borrow areas along about 46,500 ft of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline.
  • This project is part of the Town's ongoing beach management program, with renourishment scheduled every 8 to 10 years, depending on weather and beach conditions.
  • Pine Island in Hilton Head Plantation will be included in the 2025 restoration. 
SAND PLACEMENT

The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:

  1. South Beach / South Island - Approximately 750,000 cubic yards of sand along approximately 10,230 feet of the southern Atlantic Ocean shoreline.
  2. Central Island - Approximately 700,000 cubic yards along 28,860 feet of Atlantic Ocean shoreline.
  3. The Heel - Approximately 500,000 cubic yards of sand along 5,280 feet at the northeast point of the island at the intersection of the Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline.
  4. Fish Haul Creek - Approximately 50,000 cubic yards of sand along about 2,130 feet of Port Royal Sound shoreline.
  5. Pine Island - Approximately 180,000 cubic yards of beach compatible sand and construction of six rock breakwaters on the Port Royal Sound shoreline of Hilton Head Plantation between Dolphin Head and Pine Island.
CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

The nourishment sand will be excavated by hydraulic dredge from two offshore shoal features.

  • Up to 50,000 feet of pipeline will be trucked or floated to the island by way of large rafts, then moved onto the beach.
  • The pipeline will be piled in stacks along the shoreline until needed during construction.
  • During construction, many miles of pipeline will be submerged on the ocean floor between the offshore borrow sites and the beach.
  • The rest of the pipeline will be laid progressively along the newly constructed beach as the fill sand is pumped on shore.

The dredge will pump a mixture of sand and seawater through the pipeline, and will discharge it onto the beach.

  • There, it will flow parallel to the shoreline - allowing the sand to settle out and the water to return to the sea.
  • Bulldozers and other heavy construction machinery will constantly shape the sand to meet the design specifications.

Project construction is expected to last approximately six months, operating around the clock.

  • On average, the process should move along the shoreline at a rate of about 200 to 300 feet per day.
  • As the fill placement progresses, approximately 1,000 foot sections of the beach are closed temporarily to pedestrian access.
  • Several days of work activity will occur seaward of any one piece of oceanfront property in the 1,000 foot active work area along the beach.
  • Once placed and rough-graded, the new beach is immediately reopened to the public.
IMPACTS ON RESIDENTS AND VISITORS
  • Construction noise will primarily involve bulldozers shaping the sand as it is deposited.
  • Disruptions at individual properties generally last about three or four days as the renourishment operation progresses.
  • Adjacent property owners, or renters, may experience short-term minor inconveniences.

There are several pedestrian access paths off of South Beach Dr. Access number 11 is the one closest to you. Exit left outside the Lagoon Villas community. Walk across the street and take a left.  It's about a 10 minute walk.
