The guest bathroom features a combination shower/tub. The guest bedroom features a workstation well-suited to accommodate work-from-home needs.
The kitchen is equipped with all new (2024) appliances and loaded with amenities for those who choose to prepare meals during their stay. Grab a quick bite at the three Serena & Lily counter seats or the adjacent dining area table, which provides a lovely space to enjoy meals while taking in the views of the lagoon.
Through the twin, large sliding glass doors, you experience a spacious 268-square-foot Trex deck where you can relax, dine alfresco, or simply soak in the beauty of Hilton Head Island's natural surroundings. A Weber propane grill is provided in case you are an outdoor cooking enthusiast. Be prepared to spot frequent visitors, including Great Blue Herons, egrets, turtles, and jumping fish from 1584 Lagoon! And if fishing is your sport, you can try your luck by casting into the lagoon just steps off our deck.
The villa also has a new HVAC system and hot water heater (2025).
Guests can enjoy access to the South Beach community pool by purchasing passes directly through the Access Granted system. The property is already registered, just visit and select “Vacation Renter/Visitor” to purchase your passes. Payment is made directly through their site.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:
Phase I:
- Complete - Contractor mobilizes in August 2025
- Complete - Weeks of August 13, 2025 thru September 12, 2025 - Fish Haul area
- Complete - Weeks of September 18, 2025 thru October 10, 2025 - Pine Island
- Complete - Weeks of October 11, 2025 thru October 17, 2025 - Port Royal (The Heel)
Phase II:
- Weeks of December 11, 2025 thru March 28, 2026 - Central Island, including beach areas along Palmetto Dunes
- Weeks of March 28, 2026 thru May 31, 2026 - South Island and South Beach areas.
Phase III:
- Weeks of November 1, 2025 thru April 30, 2026 - Pine Island Breakwater Structures
During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property

- Fish Haul Creek — 2,130 feet
- Pine Island — 5,280 feet
- Port Royal / The Heel — 5,280 feet
- Central Island (including Palmetto Dunes) — 28,860 feet
- South Beach / South Island — 10,230 feet
The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

- Construction noise will primarily involve bulldozers shaping the sand as it is deposited.
- Disruptions at individual properties generally last about three or four days as the renourishment operation progresses.
- Adjacent property owners, or renters, may experience short-term minor inconveniences.
