Hello, we had a great time at this property. Was very clean and had everything we needed. Only issue we noted is the parking at Ocean Club. The parking spots really need to be repainted as they are difficult to see.

Ocean Club is by far our favorite place to take the family, the patios to the pool and directly out to the private beach path are perfection! & soooo easy for a family w young kids! You can go back and forth from beach to home with ease. The property manager was so kind and played "Johnny on the spot" when we needed him. We hope to return in October!

We loved our stay at this Hilton Head condo. It was spotless, welll stocked, and a one or two minute walk to the beach. The property was lush and tropical. It was convenient to Coligny Plaza with restaurants and shopping.The property manager checked on us a couple of times by phone to see if we needed anything which was appreciated. We had no complaints The couch has a pull out sofa with linens for it. We didn’t need it and it wasn’t in the description of the condo but it may be useful for others who are looking at it for their vacation. We plan on booking this condo next year!

Great location and unit condition. Very easy walk to the beach and Coligny area. I highly recommend Ocean Club and this unit in particular as the decor is in good condition. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen fully stocked. My only want is a cheese grater. There is never a cheese grater regardless of the size or location of the property. Highly recommend and would like to visit again.

My parents, wife and I had a fabulous vacation in Hilton Head. The condo was plenty big enough for the 4 of us. We loved the short walk (2 min) to the beach and the pool was just outside our door. The condo was also just a 5-10 minute walk to Coligny Plaza.

We had a great stay. We had a child and a toddler with us and the property was well suited to our needs. We cooked probably half of the meals in the kitchen which had everything we needed. The beach access was an short, easy walk even for the toddler. We biked and walked with the kids to Coligny plaza and the nearby playground and it was easy and safe. The island is great for our family with lots to do for many ages. We look forward to coming back in the future and would be thrilled to stay at 16 ocean club again.

My family has been vacationing in HHI for a long time and this is the first time we stayed in the South Forest Beach area. We loved the location of the condo because it was within walking distance of Coligny Park and many restaurants. The proximity to the beach was wonderful, as well. The condo itself was a great size for a family of 4 with plenty of room to spread out. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner at the condo and the kitchen was more than adequate. Overall, this was probably the nicest condo was have rented and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place and great location to Cologny Plaza. It is about a .3 mile walk. Beach access is a simple walkout the back door, my pool and them cross parking lot (small) and you are there!

It was a very nice and clean property. The only suggestion I can think of is maybe to leave the parking pass on the counter for the guest. It was a pain to have to drive to the office after being on the road all day to go back and get that. Thank you!

We had a lovely time in Hilton Head the condo is ideally located short walk to beach, .4 miles to restaurants and right on the bike path. The condo is very relaxing and patio at back opens up to pool. Some of the furnishings are a little worn but kitchen is well stocked. If you like to watch streaming tv bring your own roku. Also I had to work remotely while I was there and the internet was not great. But we plan on going back next year.

Very clean. Updated amenities and decor. Excellent location. Would definitely stay again. Window in the 2nd bedroom had significant draft despite being closed. Property manager instructed to stop at property office for parking pass, but it was not there when we arrived. Was told there that we didn't really need a parking pass.

This is an awesome place to stay! Though the unit was roadside vs beachfront, we were adjacent to the pool and had easy access to the beach access. The unit was furnished well and decorated very nicely. The location is great- within walking/biking distance to all the shopping and food at Coligny but far enough away to be out of the traffic and crowd. My friends were first time HH visitors and they loved it!

This was our first time using VRBO. I am very pleased with the whole process. The Manzione's were excellent hosts. When we arrived, the place had a few minor issues that were fixed immediately by the hosts! The place was clean and very comfortable! The A/C worked GREAT! The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment. There were plenty of bathing towels and the beds were very comfortable. There is a buggy to use for bringing things to the beach, but I would recommend bringing your own beach chairs. The location is close to everything and the beach isn't a crowded part. Overall, we had an amazing week and would definitely go back again!! I highly recommend this place!

It has everything you need, was completely SPOTLESSLY CLEAN (which is always a huge plus for me!) and was convenient to everything - the pool, the beach, Coligny Plaza, etc. My only complaint is that we didn’t get to stay long enough!!!! We have rented this property for a week every summer for the past 5 years. It is clean, well maintained, and very comfortable for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. It is a quiet location, and it only takes a couple of minutes to walk to the beach. We enjoy the patio area shaded by palm trees and the close proximity to the pool. It is also only about a half mile walk along the walking/bike paths to a variety of shopping and dining at Coligny Plaza. The owners are always responsive and have been wonderful to deal with each year. We just left and already look forward to returning next summer.

The condo was really nice and the short walk to the beach was great. The pool is in the shade for part of the day which was good for the kids after being at the beach in the sun. Coligny Plaza is less than 1/2 mile walk to eat dinner and shop. The cleaning service could have done a little better job, but overall we loved the place and would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Hilton Head overall, and the Villa was a perfect location to do it all - beach, pool, bike, relax. The Villa was well suited for our family of four - clean, comfortable, and had all of the beach amenities we needed (toys, wagon, beach chairs, umbrella). We bounced between the pool and beach all week - both just a few steps from the back patio. We also rented children's bikes from their recommended spot, and the bikes were delivered that same day right to our door. Our two kids loved cruising up and down the beach. Overall great location, great villa - we would definitely come back. Also the owners were super helpful in providing all the information we needed prior to the trip, and were very responsive over email when we had a question.

This was our first time staying in Hilton Head. This rental is awesome! It had plenty of space for three adults and a baby. The condo had everything we needed: washer, dryer, dishwasher, etc. Great location - It was super easy to walk out the back door and get to the pool and beach. Private beach access was so nice. The entrance to the beach is beautiful. It's also a short walk or drive to Coligny Beach Park. We had an amazing time staying here!

We had a good experience at this townhome. Anthony was very helpful when we had an issue with the maid service not coming. He immediately sent them over and got everything ready for us. The townhome was updated, clean and had everything we needed. It was bigger than we thought it looked in the photos. The complex is nice, smaller pool steps from the beach. Would recommend!

The villa complex is fairly small, and arranged so that parking is convenient and well shaded. The pool is central to all units, and the beach is steps away. The owners are no doubt in the hospitality business, and thanks to them you have everything you could need or want in unit #16. They have all the appliances, furnishings, cookware, dishes, and utensils you'll need. The beach wagon and chairs along with bikes are a great bonus. The unit is very clean and the decor is perfect! The location of the complex couldn't be better. With Coligny Plaza so close, you can park your vehicle upon arrival and not move it again until it's time to depart for home. The trails are beautiful and excellent for walking or biking. If you're considering a vacation at HHI, you will have the best trip if you stay at Ocean Side Villa #16!

We had a wonderful stay at this property with our two young kids. House was clean and had everything we needed. We took advantage of the bikes, wagon, and beach toys. Very short walk to the beach was perfect for a young family and the pool was a great bonus. Another great feature was the proximity to Coligny Circle. Easy to walk to grab coffee or dinner or a drink. Owners were very accommodating when we wanted to extend our stay because we just didn't want to leave! Would definitely recommend this property and we hope to stay again next year.

Property is well appointed with granite in kitchens and nice tile/upgraded baths and bedrooms. Has everything you will need for your stay. Owners were very accommodating to a schedule change due to hurricane (Thank You!). The property is quiet and pool in the middle of the courtyard (just outside the back patio) was very nice with both sun and shade. Best part was the direct access to the beach. We brought our own bikes and enjoyed riding on the beach and all over the island.

We were very impressed with this place and the owners were great to work with! The unit is located in a smaller condo community just a short walk or bike ride away from Coligny Plaza. Close enough to get to restaurants and shops very easily, but just enough distance down the beach that you don’t have big, Coligny crowds on this section of beach. The complex is on the beach, you don’t have to cross a road to be at the sea. You really are just steps away from the beach. We were scheduled to arrive just after Hurricane Irma. Anthony and Jenifer were very responsive to questions we had about the condition of the unit. It was undamaged. He found out from his cleaning service the unit was undamaged, we imagine we found out about 30 seconds later when Anthony called us. Also, we were meeting another couple at the unit and we arrived early with little in the way of options. Anthony was able to accommodate us and we are so grateful. The unit itself seems to have been recently upgraded. Nice and well equipped kitchen, nice counter-tops, dining area, floors, washer/dryer, etc. Two good sized bed rooms upstairs with two bathrooms. Good living area downstairs with couch/love seat/TV. Out the back door a small patio with electric grill. Past the patio the pool area, a few more steps and you are through the beach access to the beach! We love HHI, vacation there often and have stayed in several properties. This property ranks among the very best! We certainly hope to stay at this place, again! If you and another couple, or you and your family with a couple of kiddos are looking for a great place to stay on Hilton Head, this is a great place! Eric and Kathy

The location is great. It is an easy walk to Coligny Plaza and an easy drive to other grocery stores/restaurants. The unit is located in a small condo community that was very relaxed and low key, but an easy walk to the beach. The unit itself appears to have been recently redone, with very nice upgrades to the kitchen and bathrooms. My pet peeve about most places is that the bathrooms feel gross. Not a problem here as everything was very clean and well maintained.

We had a great time staying at this condo. It was very clean and up to date with plenty of room for our family of four. The location was very close to the beach and the pool was great. The pool was a nice size and very well kept. The beach cart, chairs, umbrellas that were provided were very convienent. We needed to contact the owners during our stay and they were very easy to get ahold of and our minor plumbing issue was resolved very quickly without any inconvenience to us. We would highly recommend staying here!

The condo at Ocean Club is very convenient to the beach since there were no streets cross which is important because the cars on the main road don't seem to like to stop for people crossing the street. The condo was clean and the owner's seemed responsive to questions. The condo had everything you need to eat in and plenty of space. We are a family of 4 with two kids 4 and 6 years old. There was space for maybe 7 people.

My wife and I along with my aunt and her husband had an awesome 3 day getaway. The villa is in a great location and was in excellent condition. We enjoyed the courtyard, pool area and the patio. My wife and I decided at the last minute that we needed a brief respite at Hilton Head. Jenifer and Anthony were their usual marvelous hosts, with honest information about beach renovations. Their villa is perfectly located just steps away from the dunes and the beautiful beach, and only a short walk to Coligy with its restaurants and shops. Our favorite spot is the quiet sitting area on the boardwalk halfway between the villa and the sea. We love walking the beach in the early morning and at dusk, and the skies were breathtaking every time. Our stay was wonderful. The villa is exactly as depicted and perfect for a family or couple. We stayed with our two small children (6 and 3), and the property suited us just perfectly. Villa is near the front (roadside) of the complex and faces an enclosed courtyard. Easy access to the beach with a complex-only boardwalk across the dunes to the water. Loved the used of the wagon to transport items to and from the beach. Located within walking distance to Coligny Beach for shopping and dining, not far from Sea Pines for catching the boat tours or golfing. We were very happy and would rent again if available when we decide to come back to HHI.

Very nice condo, beautifully kept and pretty close to the beach - just have to walk past the nice pool & across the boardwalk. The kitchen was great and with the 2 bedrooms and pullout couch, we had plenty of room. For those with any issues with stairs, you should know that both bedrooms and both bathrooms are upstairs. Beds in the second bedroom were not the most comfortable ever but they were fine after a long day in the sun on the beautiful beach. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated having such a nice, clean place to call home for a weekend. Thank you!

Our family of 4 recently spent a week at this villa and could not have been happier! It was extremely clean, quiet, and very spacious. The close proximity to the beach and Coligny Plaza made it the perfect location for our family vacation. Though we visited many other areas of the island during our stay, we also enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk or bike to nearby stores and restaurants around Coligny Plaza. A few mornings we even took early walks and stopped by Java Joe's and French Kiss Bakery on the way back to pick up coffee and pastries. The amenities were exactly as described in the listing, and the 3 bikes and beach cart were a pleasant surprise. The owners were awesome - they were very helpful with always responded quickly to all of our questions. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for an amazing vacation rental - you won't be disappointed!! We loved it so much that we are already planning to rent this property again next year!!

We spent a vacation week with our family of 5 (3 teenagers) in this home and came away very impressed by our experience. The home was comfortable, had great accessibility to the beach, pool and local sites of interest, and had many great amenities (washing machine/dryer, grill, bicycles, beach wagon) to make our time there more enjoyable. As this was our first trip to Hilton Head, we fully expected to spend a great deal of time away from the property experiencing many things on the island and the surrounding area. Although we were able to tour many areas on the island and spend a day in Savannah, GA, we ended up spending much more time than expected on site relaxing on the beach, enjoying the pool or experiencing the shops and restaurants in the nearby Coligny Plaza. We very much appreciated the use of this home for our family vacation and would highly recommend this to others seeking a similar experience!

This was our first family vacation and this property was perfect! We have two children, ages 1 and 3, who still need consistent rests and naps...this place was ideal for that! We could go to the beach for an hour or so, stop at the pool on our way back, then take a rest or do whatever it was that we needed to at the condo. The kitchen and washer/dryer made it possible for us to feel "at home." We didn't come home with loads of dirty laundry or feeling gross because we ate out all week. We made food at the condo for every meal except two dinners and a lunch. The beach was never overcrowded and very clean. The owners graciously offered up their beach wagon for us to use, which was extremely helpful with carting around the kids and their stuff. I have nothing negative to say. The condo was extremely clean and prepared for us. THANK YOU for a great vacation! ***One more thing...we were talking with people at the pool that have been coming to that area of Hilton Head for over 20 years and they said that they have tried other properties and always make their way back to this community.

This villa surpassed all our needs and expectations! It was in the best spot on the Island, so close to anything you need! The decor was great and had the most comfortable beds. I never sleep good away but my husband and I had the best nights sleep! The Villa had everything you need from the basics to essentials! We will certainly be back to the Villa on our next trip to HHI! Also, working with Jen and Anthony was great!

What a perfect location and villa! The owners thought of everything. The house was well equipped, spotlessly clean, and decorated in a cool, beachy theme. The master bed was very comfortable, and there were plenty of comfy blankets and pillows in the house. The view into the lush courtyard in back was great. We were grateful for the portable chairs for the beach, bikes and locks, and even the little cooler to carry our drinks to the sand. Several days, we walked along the water to Coligny Plaza, then popped in for lunch and some shopping. The plaza was close enough for a nice walk with two young kids, yet far enough away to be much less busy than the public beach access area. And having the villa so close to the water was a huge perk with kids. Being able to run back and forth as needed sealed the deal for us! We will definitely be back to this same villa again!

We have been going to HH Island for the last three years and discovered this gem on VRBO and decided to give it a try. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! Very clean, steps to the AWESOME beach, wonderful patio to sit outside and play cards on. Short walk to the Coligny Plaza for great restaurants and of course PIGGLY WIGGLY! Celebrated best friends birthday on Hilton Head. Decided on villa so could each have a bedroom and bathroom. Did not expect it to be so comfortable and well equipped. Location was great a few minutes walk along the beach to shops and restaurants. Took a day trip on the boat to Savannah and drove to and from Charlston in a day. Had a great time, want to return with my husband next.

As our review title states, the location could not have been better. The villa is only steps from the beautiful beach also close enough for a pleasant walk or bike ride to many restaurants, bars and shopping plaza's. Walking to Java Joe's and taking our coffee for a relaxing walk on the beach was something we looked forward to each morning. The villa was clean, quiet, and comfortable so we felt very much at home. this was our first time traveling to hilton head island and i can't begin to say what an amazing time we had. my fiance and i traveled with another couple for a few days of relaxation and fun. a few weeks before we recieved our packet with all our information(address,directions,pamplets,etc.) we had more than enough room to accomadate four adults for our visit, each couple had their own room and bathroom which worked out perfectly. the villa is very clean and well maintained with all the items needed for cooking, laundry, and cleaning. once we arrived i sat down on the back porch and as soon as i heard the waves and smelled that fresh sea air i knew i was in the right place. we layed on the private beach during the day, walked to get ice cream at night, and was just a few minute drive to some really nice restaraunts. the owners told us to use the bikes for a ride down the beach, which i said i might not do, but biking down the beach at sunset with your loved one was something im glad i didnt pass up. all in all it was a great vacation for a couple on a budget, we've already put down our deposit for next year, i want to catch that giant fish that broke my line the first night!!!!!

Very happy with this rental property. The pictures posted on the website are very accurate. The villa was well kept, and the pool was fantastic. The beach was just down the path and a short walk. The owner was very helpful when we couldn't use the wi-fi and it was fixed within minutes. We had 2 teenage daughters and they loved it there. We would recommend the Dolphin Cruise to the Vanishing Island and the parasailing. The Red Fish was an excellent restaurant.

This was our first "family" vacation with our son in law and new grandson and it could not have been any more perfect. The villa was extremely clean and was just as advertised, with the ocean just a few short yards away. We were very happy with the convenience of having stores and restaurants close by and some within walking distance. The pool was very nice and everyone appeared to be having a great time. If you need beach chairs and/or umbrellas the life guards will set up daily for you for a reasonable rate. Anthony and Jenifer were most helpful in answering questions and responding quickly to emails. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone I know. Wonderful place to stay. Very clean and open. My only complaint would be the light above the sink in the master bedroom is not bright enough. Other than that the condo is a wonderful location to stay in proximity to the pool and the beach. We will stay again.

The condo was perfectly located to shopping, grocery, and restaurants. I was very pleased to find everything I needed in the the condo and it was exceptionally clean.The owner is quick to answer emails and very helpful. We loved Hilton Head! We rented bicycles for all of us (my husband and I rented a tandem) and rode our bikes everywhere. The best part of the vacation was the lack of crowds. We walked right into every restaurant with no wait times at all, we shopped, had ice cream and just generally relaxed. We definately will go back another time. Our favorites: Truffles Cafe, Watusi frozen yogurt, and of course...The Salty Dog :)

We recently spent 10 days in Hilton Head and rented from the Manzione's. It is a beautiful villa! It was perfect for what we needed. Walking distance to shopping and resturants. Steps from the beach and pool. The villa itself was very clean and pretty, it had everything that we needed and Mazione's were wonderful to work with. It was a great week of wonderful new family memories. I would not hesitate to rent this villa again.

Great Location! We have been visiting the Island for many years and love this part of the island best. This villa was extremely comfortable, clean, well maintained, spacious, close to the ocean as well as the pool and also being within walking distance to the best restaurants and shopping on the island. The owners are also very helpful and easy to deal with. Our stay was perfect and we will be back again!

This Ocean Club unit was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a very easy walk to the beach - even with two small children, and all our beach chairs, bags, boogie boards, coolers, etc. We will definitely rent this unit again.
