To the right of the stairs is Bedroom 1, offering a king bed, TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination, with softened water throughout for added comfort. Down the hall, you'll find an additional living and entertainment space with a queen sleeper sofa, comfortable seating, a 77 inch TV, a mini bar, a pool table, and direct access to the pool deck, ideal for relaxing or entertaining. Just off this area are Bedrooms 2 and 3, both furnished with king beds and their own ensuite bathrooms with tub/shower combos, featuring the same softened water system found throughout the home.
Continue up to the third floor, where the home truly opens up. To the right of the stairs is Bedroom 4, featuring two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, perfect for kids or extra guests. Nearby is the expansive kitchen, designed for gatherings and serious cooking alike. It boasts a large granite island, stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and plenty of room for multiple cooks. It is also equipped with appliances such as a Ninja Blender, Ninja Air Fryer, and a Crock-Pot. The laundry area is conveniently located just off the kitchen.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a casual seating area with chairs and a small couch, leading into the dining space with a large table that comfortably seats ten and offers balcony access. Beyond the dining area is the stunning main living room, showcasing soaring 30-foot ceilings, ample seating, a TV, and additional balcony access. Step outside to enjoy a spacious balcony with tables and seating for the entire group, perfect for meals, games, or evening relaxation.
The primary suite completes the third floor and serves as a private retreat. This king bedroom features balcony access and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower, benefiting from softened water for a more spa-like experience.
Outside, the resort-style amenities continue with a massive 25' x 50' saltwater pool surrounded by an expansive pool deck filled with loungers and seating. A cabana bar adds the perfect finishing touch, complete with a mini kitchen, TV and half bathroom, also supported by the home's water softening system, ideal for poolside entertaining and all-day enjoyment.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property

The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

This property was perfect for our family which had 10 of us. So spacious!! The location to the beach was awesome! Literally a 2-3 minute walk. The pool was awesome and was a great hangout for the teens in the evening as they watched various games on the flatscreen in the pool house along with the pool table area! The kitchen and dining areas were used every night to gather and play games and just sit around and talk. Check in was a breeze with door codes emailed. This property exceeded our expectations. The proximity the beach was amazing, just a 3 minute walk allowed us to easily see the sunrise, and while we were there, the full moon rise. The property was well-stocked with all the pots, pans, bowls, dishes, etc. we found everything we were looking for. Even plastic dishes for my 2 year old daughter. The home was beautiful and very spacious. The pool and the proximity to the beach was a big hit with everyone! We had a few issues with the elevator and the air conditioning but they were addressed quickly by the management company. The home was absolutely awesome. We had nine in our party (3 kids) and there was plenty of room for everyone. Spent many hours in the heated pool with the cabana being a big plus! The house was fantastic. Plenty of room for the 6 adults and 6 kids under 7! Proximity to the beach was fantastic and made bringing everything to/from the beach a breeze. This property was amazing and perfect for our extended family. Each couple enjoyed their own bedroom and bath with plenty of room for kids ages 9-19. We were steps away from the gorgeous beach and ocean, which we enjoyed most days. The pool and deck area were perfect with enough room for everyone to swim or hangout. The cabana was so convenient for having snacks and dinner by the pool as well as refrigerator and bathroom accommodations close by. This was the ideal house for our group. We went with my son and 4 of his friends. The pool and the cabana along with the close proximity to the beach were ideal. The entertaining areas were separated from the main floor and deck so the kids could be in the pool or in the room off of the pool playing games/watching movies and we could have space to ourselves. Great location and beautiful home. We had 5 adults and 9 kids and comfortably fit in the house. As a bit of a change of scenery trip given I have been working from home for 8 months, the home office was great and I was able to work while the kids did online school.
