1690 Bluff Villas

We enjoyed our stay at 1690 Bluff Villas over Spring break. The condo was spacious, extremely clean and the kitchen adequately stocked with kitchenware. The location being steps away from the beach as well as Salty Dog was perfect. Would not hesitate to rent this unit again or from Island Time.

Island Time Hilton Head staff

I stayed in this condo and could not have been happier with the location. It is steps from the beach. I walked out the door every morning and took a walk on the beach, then came back and enjoyed a cup of coffee on the balcony with a view of the water. The Salty Dog Cafe is steps from this condo, so it is easy to grab lunch, dinner, or a nightcap. If you do want to explore more of the island, it is only a short drive or bike ride to many restaurants and shops, including Harbour Town where you can tour the lighthouse and catch spectacular views of the sunset. If you want a relaxing HHI trip I recommend this nice condo.

We could not ask for a better long weekend. The condo is beautifully decorated. Large bedrooms and living area. The location is amazing. So close to the beach you can hear the waves and the salty dog is 10 steps away. What else do you need except more time there! I can’t wait to go back!

Had a wonderful long weekend with my girlfriends! Pickleball, biking and walks on the beach. Great location with walking distance to beach, pickleball courts, bike rental and the Salty Dog. Biked to the Beach Club for lunch and short drive to Harbor Town to watch the sunset and have dinner. Beautiful condo in a great location!

This clean, well furnished top floor Bluff Villa served as the perfect backdrop to our long weekend in in Sea Pines. We had more than enough space to relax and unwind. It had an incredibly well stocked kitchen with everything we could possibly want, including a wine fridge! I especially loved the entry way table which was where I deposited our beach bags upon return to the condo each afternoon. We loved having our morning coffee (& evening cocktail) sitting at the hightop table on the balcony while enjoying the views of the Calibogue Sound. Our proximity to the beach was ideal (less than a 5 minute walk)! When we had our fill of sitting on the beach and watching the dolphins playing in the Sound, there were so many other things offered within a short distance of where we stayed. We had access to a pool, tennis & pickle ball courts + bike riding paths everywhere! An added bonus was that we were within a short walk of The Salty Dog! This home provided a wonderful balance of activities and relaxation. Would highly recommend this rental:)

VERY CLEAN, PLENTY OF ROOM AND IT HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED.
MY WIFE AND I TOOK OUR 4 GRANDDAUGHTERS TO HILTON HEAD AND STAYED AT 1690 BLUFF VILLAS, IT WAS THE CORRECT CHOICE FOR OUR STAY, EASY ACCESS TO THE BEACH WITHIN 5 MINUTES IF YOU WALKED SLOW, NEIGHBORS WERE ALWAYS FRIENDLY, #1 THING I LIKED IS SEA PINES HAS ACCESS ONLY WITH A CAR PASS, NONE OF THE NORMAL RESORT THINGS WERE THERE, RIFF RAFF, UNDESIREABLES, ETC LOVED IT AND LOVED HOW THE KIDS LOVED IT

Island Time Hilton Head staff

We stayed at Braddock Bluff and really enjoyed our stay. The space was clean and comfortable and there was plenty of space for our family. The condo was steps from the beach which was perfect for early morning coffee strolls and beach days with the family. Additionally, the location was perfect as it was central to restaurants and shops, but still felt private and peaceful. We had a great stay and would stay here again and again!

Just spent a lovely weekend in South Beach last weekend. Beautiful condo—short walk to the Beach and Salty Dog! Great late night drink and views on the balcony. Cant wait to get back.
