On the main level, the living room offers comfortable seating around the flatscreen TV and fireplace, as well as direct views of and access to the private pool and deck. An open floor plan allows an easy flow to the kitchen, which is fully stocked and has plenty of counterspace to make cooking meals easy. The sun-filled dining area has seating for six, and there are an additional three seats at the kitchen bar.
Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 can be found on this main level, all with great separation between them for added privacy. Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed that can easily be converted to two twin-sized beds upon request, and bedroom 2 features two twin-sized beds that can be converted to a king-sized bed upon request. These bedrooms offer direct access to the pool and deck through the sliding doors. Bedroom 3 features a king-sized bed along with a flatscreen TV. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom as well as walk-in closets!
On the second level, find an additional great room that features a second living room, kitchen, and dining area—making this home perfect for large groups or families! The living room offers an amazing golf and lagoon view through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make cooking up here just as easy, and there is seating for six at the dining table as well as additional bar seats.
Take a few steps out to access bedrooms 4 and 5. These rooms feature king-sized beds that can easily be converted to two twin-sized beds upon request. Both bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms.
Outside, the pool deck will be your favorite place to spend your days! Let rest and relaxation find you as you unwind in the large private pool. There is plenty of outdoor seating as well as multiple pool loungers, or you can jump right in to cool off. Up a few steps to the viewing deck, this deck will provide you with an absolutely stunning view of the Robert Trent Jones Oceanfront Golf Course and lagoons. There is a full bathroom to make your time out here easy, and a full game room downstairs in the garage for even more fun. The beach is only a short walk down the street if you ever want to leave!

- The pool can be heated for an additional charge, give us a call for heating rates and to make arrangements. Pool heat must be scheduled at 14 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for last minute requests prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated and or reaching optimal temperature.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:
Phase I:
- Complete - Contractor mobilizes in August 2025
- Complete - Weeks of August 13, 2025 thru September 12, 2025 - Fish Haul area
- Complete - Weeks of September 18, 2025 thru October 10, 2025 - Pine Island
- Complete - Weeks of October 11, 2025 thru October 17, 2025 - Port Royal (The Heel)
Phase II:
- Weeks of December 11, 2025 thru March 28, 2026 - Central Island, including beach areas along Palmetto Dunes
- Weeks of March 28, 2026 thru May 31, 2026 - South Island and South Beach areas.
Phase III:
- Weeks of November 1, 2025 thru April 30, 2026 - Pine Island Breakwater Structures
During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property
The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:
- Fish Haul Creek — 2,130 feet
- Pine Island — 5,280 feet
- Port Royal / The Heel — 5,280 feet
- Central Island (including Palmetto Dunes) — 28,860 feet
- South Beach / South Island — 10,230 feet
The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

- Construction noise will primarily involve bulldozers shaping the sand as it is deposited.
- Disruptions at individual properties generally last about three or four days as the renourishment operation progresses.
- Adjacent property owners, or renters, may experience short-term minor inconveniences.
