House was perfect for our group of 5 couples. Pool was awesome and the views topped it off! Surprised no pool towels were included, so be sure to bring one. Property management was great to work with and responded to any questions quickly. Would stay here again.

What a great home! We had a blast and loved every second. We went with 3 families, 7 adults and 3 kids, even with all of us in the pool it never felt crowded. The house was spacious and inviting, the beach is a very short walk, the elevator made moving luggage a breeze, and the screened in patio was a big hit!

There are ensuites in every bedroom and 4 out of 5 bedrooms have king beds, so it is great for extended families or multiple couples. The views of the golf course are fantastic and it is a really short walk to the beach access. The 2 kitchens are also a bonus if you want to cook different meals. I would highly recommend this house.

This home was everything it professes to be! Plenty of room, nice bedrooms and a great upstairs family room with the best view in Palmetto Dunes. Very large pool and decking. We loved all of it!

We stayed at this beautiful home with a group of 3 families (6 adults and 7 kiddos) and had an incredible time! The home is perfect for multiple families with the separate living areas and the fact that each bedroom has it's own spacious full bathroom. The heated pool, convenient quick walk to the beach, and the endless places to bike meant we were never without something fun and active to do. The amenities of Palmetto Dune including pickle ball, Alexander's and slushes at the General Store were an added plus! I highly recommend this home more for an unforgettable HHI vacation!

This house is great for a multi family vacation! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The pool is huge! Loved sitting on the raised deck and watching the golfers play as well as the wildlife around the lagoon and golf course. Wonderful house tucked away in Palmetto Dunes. We come every year and this is the first time we rented an entire house for our group of 11. Kids lived the pool and the views were awesome. Could even see the fireworks from the back deck at shelter cove!

It definitely has one of the largest pools in Palmetto Dunes. It’s very private and secluded from the neighbors. The home and pool sit above the surrounding homes. It’s a short walk across the 10 th hole to coco’s for great drinks. The home is newly remodeled. I think the mattresses need replaced, too hard

The house was perfect for what we needed. We had 5 adults and 4 teenagers. The teens were able to have their own space which was nice. The pool was absolutely perfect! The walk to the beach took us about 5 minutes. Communication with the property manager was great and they were prompt in responding. Would stay at this property again.

Two families of 6 with kids ranging from 14 years old to 23 years old stayed in this sprawling home. We usually stay in Shipyard but decided to try Palmetto Dunes. Loved it. This house is laid out so well that everyone can easily have their own space but can still be together. The house overlooks the golf course which makes it easy to ride bikes on the golf cart path after hours. The beach is a short 5 minute walk away. The swimming pool is huge. Loved this house and look forward to future stays.

We called the first floor the senior floor and upstairs the juniors floor. Each group had their own kitchen, living space and even had our own half bath. The kitchens were very well stocked which is always a pleasant surprise. The pool and pool are was amazing. The elevated deck over looking the golf course was a big hit for the golfers in the group. The beach was a 5 minute walk to a beautiful not to over crowded beach. A fantastic beach front bar, Coco's, was just a 100 yd walk down the sand. We also really enjoyed access to the garage where we could leave all our beach gear. A lot of our stays you don't have that access. We have stayed in Palmetto Dunes every time but once because the locations and golf courses are great. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

Plenty of space and the pool was perfect for family gatherings. Beach was extremely accessible and empty. Golfers enjoy chipping in the evening and while the rest could watch from many vantage points on the property. The thing we were most impressed with was the completeness of the kitchens. There was every tool, plate, cup, appliance, including 2 full ice makers separate from the fridges. I give it a 10 out of 10.

There were only a couple of minor things that I had to report initially as 2 doors that wouldn't close. They actually were not repaired during our stay but not a big deal really. Overall we were happy with our stay.

We were able to get the whole family together and enjoy a relaxing vacation despite the state of the global pandemic. Having such a large pool all to ourselves was a game changer that really made our vacation easy and safe since we didnt have to share with strangers. We also loved having breakfast and morning coffee on the deck overlooking the golf course each day. There are so many nooks to hang out in at this house, making it easy for us all to spread out and relax without having to leave much. The beach access point was 5 min walking and the house had a buggy that we could use to transport all our things each day - as well as games and pool toys that really came in handy. We hope to rent again next year. A couple notes - the staff was incredible. We had an issue with our pass situation and they were friendly and immediately helpful. the shower in one of the upstairs bedrooms wasnt giving enough pressure, but this was easily fixed by having those guests shower in the extra bathroom off the pool. the outside stairs are a little wonky - wouldn't take much to update, but was certainly not a deal breaker. all in all we loved our time and will be looking forward to next year!

Location- it’s a 90 second walk to the beach, location- it’s right on the 12th hole RTJ course, and yes multiple people played it every night after the last group played through, plus we were entertained watching the golfers during the day. Location- right on the lagoon, beautiful view and for fishing and kayaking. Location- a few minute walk across the golf course to coco’s on the beach for excellent rum drinks and ambiance. The pool has an outside bathroom in the laundry room, so very convent. The decors awesome Italian. The pool is huge compared to all the rest of the palmetto dunes homes. The only negative was it was green when we arrived and took 8 calls and 5 days to get it corrected. That aside I give this place top shelf designation. Hope to be back in september

What a wonderful home. Took our son/fiancé, daughter and her clan of 6 and had room and privacy for more! Beautiful location on RTJ #12 with kayak launch and the beach was a 2 minute walk. Very quiet, clean and private! Management was very responsive with requests. The only recommendation is to beef up the 3rd floor air conditioning. During late afternoons it was warm.
