Upon entry, to the left, you will find the fully stocked kitchen. This kitchen is updated with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and brand-new granite countertops, more than ready to take on the heat! Just beyond the pass-through sits the formal dining table, offering enough seating for six along with an additional two bar stools at the kitchen bar.
The living room is beautifully lit up with plenty of natural light, courtesy of the many windows in this villa. Guests can enjoy plenty of plush seating around the electric fireplace as they have a movie marathon or fun family game night. Through the sliding doors, step outside to your soon-to-be favorite place to relax! The private balcony offers stunning views of Calibogue Sound and Hilton Head's beautiful nature. The perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or cocktail under the stars!
The bedrooms are on complete opposite sides of the villa, offering great separation and privacy for guests. The first bedroom features two queen-sized beds, a flat-screen TV, and huge windows to give guests amazing views from every angle of this villa. Across the villa, you will find the master bedroom, which also serves as a private suite, featuring a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and private balcony access. This bedroom has access to a private bathroom, featuring a double vanity and walk-in shower.
Guests have access to the large community pool and also have private access to the beach! South Beach Marina Village is only minutes away and offers an array of dining, fun, and entertainment for the whole family.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property
The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:
The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

This is a well appointed, updated, comfortable, quiet condo with spectacular views from every balcony and window. You can see the Calibogue sound and across the water to Daufuskie Island. It is on the top floor and there is an elevator. It is also an end unit. The design is white and beach blues/greens. It is probably one of the nicest places we have stayed in HHI and we have stayed at 10 others.
The property is located in Beachside Tennis Villas located across from the Salty Dog marina on the water side of S. Sea Pines drive. It is a 20 minute bike ride on the beach to the Sea Pines Beach Club (about 25 minutes on the path). We walked to the Salty Dog for iced tea, ice cream and the occasional meal. Note that during the 2025 and I believe 2026 seasons one of the Salty Dog marina buildings is being rebuilt. There is still the Salty Dog cafe and a few shops. Ice cream is available, some boat tours are available. You need to order pizza by the pie - when we went you could not get slices. They still have the daily tie dye t-shirt crafts available and live music.
One thing I did not see listed in the reviews is that there is a bench on the balcony with some beach toys, boogie boards and beach chairs. This unit does not come with leftover foods like oils and spices. There were some containers to store leftovers.
Going through Island Time was excellent! The team there was responsive and helpful - we definitely recommend going through Island Time. (It was also a significant savings in fees.)Posted: 6/4/2025

The two of us had such a relaxing week at the villas. It was quiet, plenty of space, clean, and the view is stellar. The kitchen is well stocked and beds are comfy. The condo was clean and in excellent condition. The beach is right there, and it's fairly private, so there was no fighting to stake our claim on the beach. Beach and bike rentals were waiting for us when we arrived. I can't think of a way this experience could have been better.Posted: 8/5/2024

Super cute condo! We really enjoyed staying here for the week. The location is great, it is right off the beach and next to the Salty Dog Cafe. The condo is super clean and clean bath towels are provided which is convenient. We could our beach gear from VAYK beach gear and they dropped everything right off to our door. Our family visited the condo for Spring Break and had the most incredible week! The condo has a perfect view of the water and is surrounded by sea pines and beautiful landscaping. We loved that the beach access path was right next to the building so we could just walk out and be at the beach. This condo is beautiful and the entire community is just an amazing place! We also had access to the pool which was right at the other end of the building. We loved the short walk over to the Salty Dog for food and shopping. We also did many other adventures which were close by too like a boat ride to see dolphins, mini golf, restaurants and a day trip to Savannah. Could not imagine a more stunning place to enjoy the beauty of Sea Pines on Hilton Head. Quiet and secluded and steps from the beach and also from the Salty Dog Cafe.. I will miss coffee on the balcony with views of the dolphins and pelicans in the Sound. My only minor request is that they provide more dishwasher detergent pods as we ran out. We have stayed in numerous units at Beachside Tennis over the past 10 years. This unit was our favorite! Lovely interior. So peaceful and quiet. Very clean. The electric fireplace was a real plus, especially in our first two weeks in February. Have already booked for 4 weeks next year. Not a single maintenance issue! That never happens!Posted: 3/11/2022

Pictures do not do this place justice, it is even more beautiful and spacious inside. Beachside tennis is tucked away right across the street from south beach marina but feels secluded from the parking lot you could tell it was completely booked but we we bumped into maybe four people total in the actual condo area. It rained most of our trip but the view alone was calming despite the dreary weather. Planning a trip back next summer but for two weeks as one week flew by too fast.Posted: 8/9/2021
