The main floor also encompasses a cozy den, perfect for intimate gatherings or quiet moments of relaxation. The den also features a pull-out sofa bed. Three of the five bedrooms are conveniently located on this level.
As you ascend the staircase, you'll find the remaining bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and privacy. The primary suite features a king bed, and the en-suite bathroom is a spa-like retreat, featuring a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and elegant fixtures.
The outdoor living spaces are equally captivating. A spacious deck provides ample room for outdoor dining, lounging, and entertaining and offers a serene setting for relaxation with a private pool and hot tub. There is outdoor dining on the raised deck or chairs located by the lagoon.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property

Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

Everything was amazing. The team went above and beyond to assist with everything. Very informative. Be sure to use your beach gear credit. Island time was very helpful providing information for the beach gear rental and surrounding services. The staff was incredible in helping us retrieve an item that was left behind. Wonderful communication and very concerned and thoughtful. I would absolutely recommend this location again. The whole team, Sue, Brenda and everyone provided excellent assistance. We enjoyed the open concept of the living room and dining room. It was very nice to be able to cook and still participate in conversations etc. It would be nice if they moved the BBQ up to the upper deck, as the BBQ person had to be on the back side of the property. Location - easy to get to the beach. easy bike ride to golf and tennis. Easy to get to Dune House and Coco's. Took advantage of the Dune Buggy Service. Only issue - lots of tree coverage over the pool - this time of year there is a lot of leaves, pollen, tree buds etc. that fall. A lot of time was spent cleaning the pool out. Did not know about the caterpillar season - but my thought is that the maintenance crew should have been equipped with a pressure washer to spray the house down. Lots of cocoons on the house - i doubt it has ever been pressure washed. Could have used the leaf blower to clear off some of the debris on the roof as that would just blow down as well. very happy with location and interior- i understand the time of year - but i feel a little more could be done to manage the property. but as they said - we were fighting a losing fight with nature at this time of year. lolPosted: 5/6/2025

We had a wonderful time for our annual fall getaway. This is a tradition our four couples started 15 years ago. This house has been by far the best! Having the hot tub was a bonus. Each couple had their own private bathroom. Short walk to the beach, pickle ball, golf and beach restaurants.
