Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

This stunning oceanfront oasis sits in the heart of Palmetto Dunes. As soon as you step through the front doors, the luxurious coastal vibe greets you with panoramic ocean views. Multiple living spaces will welcome all your guests, as this home creates the perfect backdrop for your next family escape! This home features 6 bedrooms, 6 full and 2 half baths, 2 large living areas, and can sleep up to 15 guests.

Upon entering, be welcomed into a large open-concept living area for the entire family to lounge in, outlined with ocean views and a 75" LED TV to enjoy your favorite movie or shows. To the right, you will find your dream kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, a large island with plenty of space for cooking, and a dining room with expansive ocean views. Entertainment comes via whole-house audio featuring SONOS, ready for your favorite artists. The dining room seats 10, and the kitchen has four bar stools. The main floor also features two king bedrooms, one of which includes the oceanfront master retreat. This primary suite includes a large sitting area with views of the Atlantic and a private oceanfront balcony. The primary bathroom highlights a walk-in shower with a rain head, a separate tub, and a huge walk-in closet.

Heading upstairs, you will find an additional massive, yet comfortable, living area with soaring ceilings and a 75" LED TV. The view from this second-floor balcony features the best view on the island. The second floor also features four bedrooms, two of which are primary suites. These suites include king beds, ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers, large sitting areas, and private balconies with front-row seats to the ocean. The nautically themed fifth bedroom has three twin beds and an attached bathroom. In bedroom six, you will find a playful two-twin bunk bed setup with a bathroom and tub. LED TVs are located in every bedroom, living space.

Once you step outside, the ocean welcomes you with open arms and views for miles. The balconies are the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, catch up with family, and watch your favorite TV shows. The patio kitchen features a large grilling area and a dining table for eight to begin your ultimate relaxation mode! A few steps down, and the outside paradise begins. A large travertine deck, a crystal blue pool with water features, eight lounge chairs, and an additional deck dining table for eight. Just a few steps away, and your day at the beach begins. A home to enjoy paradise on the Atlantic and make memories.

Spectacular
We had a family reunion in Hilton Head and rented the 19 Armada property. The house was immaculately clean and well maintained. Its location was incredible - right on the beach with beach access adjacent to the property. The local supermarket was close by making shopping a breeze. In the future we hope to return and rent this property again. It was incredible.

Paradise by the sea
By far the best home we have ever stayed in and we travel a LOT. CLEAN, BIG yet welcoming amazing Ocean Front property. Bedrooms are massive, house still smells new. The pool is wonderful and a few steps you have the Ocean. We will for sure rent this house again next year and the year after etc! Great memories made for me and my family.

Wonderful spring break!
The views from this beautiful home are unbelievable! Sunrises can’t even be described! Home is so well equipped and comfortable and Island Time was so responsive to any request from booking to checkout! Loved every single minute of our stay...the days just went too fast!

Dream Home for a month!
I had the privilege of staying at 19 Armada for a full month. I vacation only at the best resorts and homes. This home takes the prize. First it is HUGE but so cozy. The bedrooms are massive, yet comfortable. The home is brand new and has every amenity you can ask for. So clean and spacious and the view!!!! TO DIE FOR! My next visit I am staying at 19 Armada 100%. Best of the Best!

2025 Beach Renourishment +

THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS provided by the TOWN OF HILTON HEAD ISLAND 

Hilton Head Island's beach is crucial to both residents and the local economy. To preserve this valuable resource, the Town has planned a beach restoration project for Summer 2025, funded primarily by tourism through the local Beach Preservation Fee.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
  • The 2025 beach renourishment is expected to be similar to the previous projects in 1990, 1997, 2006 and 2016.
  • The proposed project will include the placement of approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach compatible sand from up to four offshore borrow areas along about 46,500 ft of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline.
  • This project is part of the Town's ongoing beach management program, with renourishment scheduled every 8 to 10 years, depending on weather and beach conditions.
  • Pine Island in Hilton Head Plantation will be included in the 2025 restoration. 
SAND PLACEMENT

The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:

  1. South Beach / South Island - Approximately 750,000 cubic yards of sand along approximately 10,230 feet of the southern Atlantic Ocean shoreline.
  2. Central Island - Approximately 700,000 cubic yards along 28,860 feet of Atlantic Ocean shoreline.
  3. The Heel - Approximately 500,000 cubic yards of sand along 5,280 feet at the northeast point of the island at the intersection of the Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline.
  4. Fish Haul Creek - Approximately 50,000 cubic yards of sand along about 2,130 feet of Port Royal Sound shoreline.
  5. Pine Island - Approximately 180,000 cubic yards of beach compatible sand and construction of six rock breakwaters on the Port Royal Sound shoreline of Hilton Head Plantation between Dolphin Head and Pine Island.
CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

The nourishment sand will be excavated by hydraulic dredge from two offshore shoal features.

  • Up to 50,000 feet of pipeline will be trucked or floated to the island by way of large rafts, then moved onto the beach.
  • The pipeline will be piled in stacks along the shoreline until needed during construction.
  • During construction, many miles of pipeline will be submerged on the ocean floor between the offshore borrow sites and the beach.
  • The rest of the pipeline will be laid progressively along the newly constructed beach as the fill sand is pumped on shore.

The dredge will pump a mixture of sand and seawater through the pipeline, and will discharge it onto the beach.

  • There, it will flow parallel to the shoreline - allowing the sand to settle out and the water to return to the sea.
  • Bulldozers and other heavy construction machinery will constantly shape the sand to meet the design specifications.

Project construction is expected to last approximately six months, operating around the clock.

  • On average, the process should move along the shoreline at a rate of about 200 to 300 feet per day.
  • As the fill placement progresses, approximately 1,000 foot sections of the beach are closed temporarily to pedestrian access.
  • Several days of work activity will occur seaward of any one piece of oceanfront property in the 1,000 foot active work area along the beach.
  • Once placed and rough-graded, the new beach is immediately reopened to the public.
IMPACTS ON RESIDENTS AND VISITORS
  • Construction noise will primarily involve bulldozers shaping the sand as it is deposited.
  • Disruptions at individual properties generally last about three or four days as the renourishment operation progresses.
  • Adjacent property owners, or renters, may experience short-term minor inconveniences.
