This home features 6 bedrooms, 6 full and 2 half baths, 2 large living areas, and can sleep up to 15 guests.
Upon entering, be welcomed into a large open-concept living area for the entire family to lounge in, outlined with ocean views and a 75" LED TV to enjoy your favorite movie or shows. To the right, you will find your dream kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, a large island with plenty of space for cooking, and a dining room with expansive ocean views. Entertainment comes via whole-house audio featuring SONOS, ready for your favorite artists. The dining room seats 10, and the kitchen has four bar stools. The main floor also features two king bedrooms, one of which includes the oceanfront master retreat. This primary suite includes a large sitting area with views of the Atlantic and a private oceanfront balcony. The primary bathroom highlights a walk-in shower with a rain head, a separate tub, and a walk-in closet.
Heading upstairs, you will find an additional living area with soaring ceilings and a 75" LED TV. The view from this second-floor balcony features the best view on the island. The second floor features four bedrooms, two of which are primary suites. These suites include king beds, ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers, large sitting areas, and private balconies with front-row seats to the ocean. The nautically themed fifth bedroom has three twin beds and an attached bathroom. In bedroom six, you will find a two-twin bunk bed setup with a bathroom and tub. LED TVs are located in every bedroom, living space.
Once you step outside, the ocean welcomes you with open arms and views for miles. The balconies are the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and catch up with family. The patio kitchen features a grilling area and a dining table for eight to begin your ultimate relaxation mode! A few steps down, and the outside paradise begins. A large travertine deck, a crystal blue pool with water features, eight lounge chairs, and an additional deck dining table for eight. Just a few steps away, and your day at the beach begins. The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:
Phase I:
- Complete - Contractor mobilizes in August 2025
- Complete - Weeks of August 13, 2025 thru September 12, 2025 - Fish Haul area
- Complete - Weeks of September 18, 2025 thru October 10, 2025 - Pine Island
- Complete - Weeks of October 11, 2025 thru October 17, 2025 - Port Royal (The Heel)
Phase II:
- Weeks of December 11, 2025 thru March 28, 2026 - Central Island, including beach areas along Palmetto Dunes
- Weeks of March 28, 2026 thru May 31, 2026 - South Island and South Beach areas.
Phase III:
- Weeks of November 1, 2025 thru April 30, 2026 - Pine Island Breakwater Structures
During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property
The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:
- Fish Haul Creek — 2,130 feet
- Pine Island — 5,280 feet
- Port Royal / The Heel — 5,280 feet
- Central Island (including Palmetto Dunes) — 28,860 feet
- South Beach / South Island — 10,230 feet
The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

- Construction noise will primarily involve bulldozers shaping the sand as it is deposited.
- Disruptions at individual properties generally last about three or four days as the renourishment operation progresses.
- Adjacent property owners, or renters, may experience short-term minor inconveniences.
