The kitchen sits adjacent to the living area and was designed with entertaining in mind. A large island with bar seating, stainless steel appliances, a coffee station, and a wine fridge provide everything you need, whether preparing a full dinner or setting up for a casual happy hour. The kitchen also offers direct access to the balcony, creating the perfect setting for dining al fresco with the sound as your backdrop.
Bedroom one is located just off the main living area and offers a queen bed, smart TV, and convenient access to the half bath near the entrance. Bedroom two sits on the opposite side of the villa with another queen bed and smart TV, along with its own private ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Bedroom three is the primary suite, a serene retreat tucked at the end of the hall with a king bed, smart TV, and private balcony overlooking the sound. The ensuite bathroom feels like a spa with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity, complemented by two spacious walk-in closets.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property

The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

Watch dolphins, deer, hawks from your balcony and rooms. Easy access to the oceanfront pool, covered parking and walking distance the Marina for shops and restaurants. This condo has been completely renovated. Gorgeous 3-bedroom villa with breathtaking views of the best part of Hilton Head Island.
