Stepping inside, you're greeted by the main foyer and staircase. To the right, a spacious and cozy living room offers both relaxation and charm, complete with comfortable seating and a built-in window bench ideal for reading or lounging. To the left, the dining room features beautiful coastal décor and seating for six, creating the perfect setting for shared meals and conversation.
Just off the dining area, the kitchen serves as the heart of the home. With stainless steel appliances, a large peninsula with seating for four, and thoughtful design touches, it's equally suited for gathering, snacking, or preparing a memorable meal. A convenient half bath is located nearby.
Beyond the kitchen, a second sitting area provides an additional place to unwind, with direct access to the backyard. This space also flows into the screened-in porch, which is sure to be a guest favorite. Here, you'll find backyard access along with fun game-room amenities including foosball, skee-ball, and an oversized Words With Friends board, perfect for all ages.
The backyard extends the living space outdoors, offering a brand-new hot tub, firepit with seating for four, a picnic-style dining table, grill, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day of sun and adventure.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom is located to the left and features a king bed, private balcony with seating, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, a peaceful retreat after a day out.
At the top of the stairs to the right is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination, conveniently located for guest use. Next door, the second bedroom is thoughtfully designed for groups or families, offering five twin beds arranged in two twin-over-twin bunks and a center twin bed, along with a TV and closet. The third bedroom features a king bed, TV, closet, and its own private balcony with seating.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property

The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

The location worked great for us to explore HHI for our first visit. I wish there was one more FULL bath in the house. We had 2 families which consisted of mostly teenage girls. The kitchens had everything we needed to cook our New Years meal.Posted: 1/5/2024

Fantastic week at excellent location. Home is beautifully decorated. Quick 10 minute walk along path to the beach and easy drive to many restaurants (Skull Creek, Salty Dog, Dough Boys, Mellow Mushroom, Reilly’s). This home is right out of a magazine from the beautiful decor, the well thought out use of space, the comfy beds and linens, the many places for people to retreat for personal space or siestas, and THE AMAZING GAME ROOM! All of these details set this home apart from others, not to mention it was spotless and had all of the basic essentials to save a little $$ (laundry detergent, shampoo, dish detergent, sponges, cleaning supplies) These details made the vacation an ease and saved us from making multiple trips to the grocery store. The bunk bed room is perfect for kids to spend time together, had thought out power strips for the many devices kids rely today, and a super fun trundle bed with stuffed animals to boot! The pictures do not do this home justice, there is plenty of space, great areas for gathering as a family, open floor plan kitchen/dining which made meals much more fun. Location was ideal for us. Not too busy with tourists attractions but easy to get anywhere. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping all just minutes away. We love Folly Field and the beach amenities offered at this access. You can easily walk, run, or ride a bike to the beach from the home, or drive if you have a ton of beach gear like us. This is for sure our new home in Hilton Head, we will be back asap!
One more thing! The owners were attentive and great at checking in to make sure our stay was going smoothly and that nothing needed attention at the house. We are so very grateful!
