212 Breakers

This was our second year staying at the breakers. We love the view and the private beach access. We park our car and never move it the whole week. Everything is in walking distance, restaurants galore, live music,ice-cream shops, and shopping too. We take our beach cart to the piggly wiggly and get groceries and just enjoy being there.

We had a great time. The Breakers is a great location, so convent. We like getting up and going for a walk on the beach. 212 worked great and the rental co is easy to work with.

Perfect little condo for just my husband and I. We spent two weeks with a beautiful ocean view and the beach just steps from our door. Since we had all our supplies for two weeks I would have liked a bit larger condo but it was clean, beautiful and had everything we could possibly want.

I have stayed in several different Breakers units. This one is my favorite. The futons in the living room are a great idea! The property was clean and demonstrates a great use of space with cute built in cubbies in the bathroom. It is nicely updated. And the view ��The location is great with shopping and restaurants right across the street at Coligny square. The only thing I wish for is a screen door on the sliders to the deck.

The description was accurate regarding amenities, location, etc. Very clean. Good for a couple on a shorter stay and we enjoyed our time there. If we had a question or problem it was taken care of quickly. Good location for eating and shopping.

You can’t beat the location if you want to be in Coligny. Walk to everything. Beautiful views of the beach and the sunrise is spectacular. Small in size but has what is needed for a couple on a shorter stay in Hilton Head.

It's very clean and beautifully decorated. Even though the units at Breakers are small, they are perfect for couples, and in 212 they really maximized the space in the bathroom with built in shelves. Island Time was absolutely perfect. They provided excellent communication, even checking in on us to make sure we got checked in and that everything was good. One night we accidentally locked ourselves out on the balcony (totally the hubby's fault! LOL), and with a quick call they had us back in the unit within five minutes. I will 100% book through Island Time again. They more than exceeded our expectations!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was just a beautiful as pictured! The view of the beach and the balcony were absolutely wonderful. We loved the table for meals out there and the small couch for lounging. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for a short stay, the bed was great compared to others! The bathroom towels were ready and the washer and dryer were a huge convenience. The AC worked great all week along with the ceiling fans, it was a hot one while we were in and that was refreshing. My only complaint is only one elevator was working and it was on the opposite side of the complex and we didn’t have the gate code for access to and from the pool/beach. Otherwise the location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants.

Clean, well-equipped condo in a wonderful location. Close to everything in Coligny area, on the beach, had a great stay. The building/development is somewhat older but things are in good shape.

The condo is a bit small, but great for a person vacation or getaway. The balcony was the best part. Perfect views of the beach, privacy walls, nice high top chairs and table. Was absolutely perfect for the morning conference sessions to sit out with a cup of coffee and enjoy the sunrise and beach goers. The proximity to the beach, restaurants and activities on the island was perfect. Either walk across the road to coligny, or no more than 10-15 min drive to the north side of the island. We went to the tiki hut a few nights as it was just a very short walk on the beach from the condo. Overall, a fantastic beachfront location for a couple!

The property was nice and clean, not a lot of noise around so it was nice and quite, beautiful views from the balcony of the second floor, close enough to the beach to hear the waves crashing against the sand and the foliage between the complex and the beach was pretty with palm trees and other plant life, we could hear the frogs and crickets plus the waves from the ocean which was very peaceful and calming, had an issue with the ac breaking one night we stayed but it was fixed within a few hours after making a few calls, great response time from the property manager and everyone else involved, the night crew that kept watch over the property were very cool with a great sense of humor and made us feel good when staying there, one guy in particular that works at the breakers residence we stayed at was very nice and a great guy to talk to, his name was josh, very cool and lay back guy with a awesome personality, he recommended many places for me and my girlfriend to visit while we were there so i give him 5 stars on his services while we were there, the night life was great a very mature crowd for the most part which was nice, not a lot of rowdy people causing trouble so it was a great stay, will definitely be concerning staying here again next year, thank you for the amazing vacation!

This was the perfect quick couples getaway. it was the perfect size for us. The view was amazing and the location was perfect. We were right near Coligny shops and restaurants and didn't even need to drive.
