This is a wonderful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa located on the second floor of Building 2. Walk-in to the open-concept living space, perfect to spread out and relax after a long day at the beach and pool. The living room is comfortably furnished and includes a sofa bed. The primary bedroom is outfitted with king bedding and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two queen beds. Each bath is equipped with a walk-in shower, a double vanity, and a garden tub.
Enjoy the resort-style amenities at 2211 Seacrest. Seacrest is an oceanfront resort housing an indoor and outdoor pool, a fitness room, garage parking, and an elevator. This villa is in the Coligny Beach area, making it a perfect location to enjoy local and tourist attractions. There are plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from right at your fingertips! The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property
The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:
The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

We loved the short walks to the pool and the beach. Security on the property to ensure safety and to minimize any issues. Right next to Coligny Plaza. Nice having Pool Bar Jims on the property as well. We were able to pretty much walk to shop, eat, etc. Even had carts y push groceries back to the condo! Absoulety loved the property. Even more beautiful once you walk in the door. Molly was awesome and got back to me on any questions I had quickly. The beds were very comfortable and the place was spotless! We loved the screened in porch. We spent the day floating by the dock and the neighbors came right over and talked to us. We rented a boat at Fifty Fifty Watersports which was just a block away and had the best time! We did not want to leave. We are already planning our vacation for next year here!Posted: 6/17/2025
Great location right between the beach and the Coligny shopping plaza. Two separate fenced in pool areas, both with large and small pools. Beach access has rinsing area to get the sand off.
Only downside was needing to stop at a secondary location (not far) to get parking passes for the car.

Property is a great location and was exactly as described. The condo was exceptionally clean and Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The only downside is the atrium-type common area which can get noisy. We didn’t have any issues with noise late at night but this could be an issue with small children during peak season.Posted: 8/31/2024

Highly recommend this condo! This condo is beautifully decorated and clean, with helpful amenities (e.g., a nicely outfitted kitchen), and perfectly located. It is on the beach for easy access, and across the street is Coligny village, with tons of restaurants, shops, etc and a grocery store. Wonderful swimming pools and pool bar. Came down with my family and this was the first time staying at seacrest and what a great experience from the start! We received updates about our check-in via email and text which made the condo easy to find, even in a thunderstorm. The condo is clean and no complaints at all. Had a great week in July at this condo. The location is very convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Didn't really need to get in the car once we got here, other than to explore other parts of the island. Only interaction with the management company was when they came to install a bigger TV. In and out quickly, and very professional/friendly. Nice to have 2 pools and Jim's Pool Bar on site. Only downside is the outside hallway can get be a little noisy, but only for the room next to the hallway. Would stay here again.Posted: 8/1/2022

The unit itself is exactly as described (except that you don't have much of a view from this unit to the beach/ocean, but the building itself is ocecanfront), and the building/property comes with pools (4 total) and a pool bar. They typically also have an indoor pool, indoor fitness center, and outdoor hot tub during non-COVID times. The property is perfectly located right next to the beach and Coligny Plaza shopping. Parking and bike racks were easy to use, everything was controlled by codes so no keys, and there's parking for beach wagons right outside the room. The only issue we had during our stay was that there was a tropical storm passing through during the night and the building's fire alarm went off for two hours and the fire department didn't know how to shut it off and the building's management did not see to be on-site or available to shut it off or give guidance. Condo was clean and spacious. Great location right on the beach. Complex has two pools and a tiki bar. This unit is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. If you rent bikes you can practically go anywhere. Towels folded like swans on the bed were a cute arriving touch. My only complaint would be that the ice maker does not work. We had to buy two big bags of ice while there. I would definitely stay here again.Posted: 5/10/2021

We had a great stay at Dru’s place.
The place is perfectly located near the beach. Everything you need in the kitchen. Comfortable beds, lots of space, easy access, and excellent communication, and very clean.

The unit is very spacious, well maintained and tastefully decorated. The location is just about perfect. The property is across the street from Coligny Plaza, with numerous restaurants and shops including a fairly-sizable Piggly Wiggly grocery store. The beach is a short walk from the property and there are 2 large swimming pools, as well as Pool Bar Jim's, a fun, frozen drink bar. It was easy to get in and out of the parking lot and we never had a problem finding a parking spot. The property is also a short drive from other attractions like Harbour Town.Posted: 7/28/2020
