Description

Please be advised that the Dune House Project is set to be updated between December 2023 and January 2024 and last up to 90 days. Dune House Lane and the parking lot will be reconfigured and repaved during this project to improve pedestrian safety and allow for a better flow of traffic. Moorings guests will have access to their respective parking areas, and the beach access will remain open throughout the duration of the project. Guests may experience minor delays entering and exiting the property.

2 bedroom, 3 bathroom Moorings villa close to the beach (650 feet from beach access; less than a two-minute walk) and the pool (located right outside the villa) in the sought-after Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort on Hilton Head Island This Palmetto Dunes villa is set in a prime location with amenities that will please the whole family.

This modern Moorings villa was recently remodeled, has new paint, and features new flooring. The open-plan living area is spacious, with a smart TV for entertainment, an 8-seat dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen for easy vacation meal prep. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a Smart TV, a private en-suite bathroom, and access to a private balcony. The second bedroom features two queen beds, a smart TV, a slider door to the balcony, and a private bath. small desk or work area for convenience.

23 The Moorings are within walking distance of the Robert Trent Golf Course, Alexander’s Restaurant, Dunes House beachfront bar and restaurant, and a small general store. There are miles of canals throughout the Palmetto Dunes for canoeing, kayaking, or paddle boarding.

Relaxing Family Vacation

We had an incredible stay. The rental was a nice, clean unit. The location is wonderful with the pool in view and beach just a short walk away, while also being in close proximity to the pickleball courts and golf range. The property staff was great to work with. We would recommend using the VayKLife beach gear rentals. We rented bikes, a cart, beach chairs and umbrellas. It was waiting for us at the door when we arrived. We biked pretty much everywhere we went -- around Palmetto Dunes, to the harbor, Veterans Park, shops, and restaurants, etc. We had so much fun and hope to be back very soon!

Wonderful Vacation

Our vacation couldn't have been better. Condo was just as nice as it looks. The pool was right outside our door and it was just a short walk to the beach. Rental company checked with us twice to make sure there were no issues. Would definitely rent again.

Great first vacation in Hilton Head

We really enjoyed our time in Hilton Head. Despite some paving/stone work within the parking lots (we were advised in advance), it was well managed and did not impact our stay. The villa was very clean and was very convenient to the beach and to the pickleball and tennis courts.

A Perfect Vacation

We can't say enough good things about this rental. The entire property was completely stocked. The photos are an exact representation of the property. We brought extras of things but really didn't need them. We were in a short distance of the beach and the pool. We hope to continue to stay here during future vacations.

Excellent stay and location

This condo is very well stocked and extremely clean. It also is a great location with just a two minute walk to the beach. Everything we needed was here from the washer/dryer, a kitchen full of supplies, as well as drying racks and extra beach chairs in the closet too. This was our first time renting through island time and I cannot say enough good about our experience with them. They were very attentive and had clear communication throughout the rental process. We will definitely be back!

Great villa, great location

This villa has all you need equipped with plenty to cook in the kitchen, three full baths and 2 Lanai’s. Very comfortable and close to ocean and dunes house!!
