Villa was clean and spacious. The location of the 2nd bedroom gave the third adult in our party privacy, when needed. Television remotes were easy to operate which is not always the case in villas. Very short walk to ocean. Even less of a walk to the pool. Palmetto Dunes is a beautiful area.

We loved the condo it was beautiful. We did have some minor issues but when we called to get help they were there within couple of hours! Now that is service!!! We don't' expect things to be perfect but it does help when the rental company tries to make things right. The freezer didn't make ice and they attempted to fix but this didn't help but we had ice trays so no worries there! The bars had been torn off the door on the inside and they tried replacing them but they wouldn't stay on but at least they tried. This would not stop us from coming back! We still had a wonderful stay!

This property was the perfect location for a beach getaway with a variety of activities on the premises. There were countless things to do! The property was also in a very convenient location and was a quick drive to restaurants. The villa was super clean upon arrival. It was exactly as described and depicted.

Loved this property so much. Close to the beach, multiple swimming pools, everything is right there. The place was huge . . . . we really enjoyed our stay!

The location is wonderful with the pool in view and beach just a short walk away, while also being in close proximity to the pickleball courts and golf range. The property staff was great to work with. We would recommend using the VayKLife beach gear rentals. We rented bikes, a cart, beach chairs and umbrellas. It was waiting for us at the door when we arrived. We biked pretty much everywhere we went -- around Palmetto Dunes, to the harbor, Veterans Park, shops, and restaurants, etc. We had so much fun and hope to be back very soon!

The pool was right outside our door and it was just a short walk to the beach. Rental company checked with us twice to make sure there were no issues. Would definitely rent again.

Excellent stay. We have been to the Mornings a number of times; this property was the best one yet. Island Time was excellent to work with. VayK items were great to have, with the credit as part of the total package was very convenient. Will try to stay here again in the near future.

We stay in The Moorings Villas every year for the past 7 years and this has been my favorite villa so far. Very clean and updated villa. My kids loved the games they had available. The unit was equipped with just about everything you would need. It does back up to The Marriott Resort within Palmetto Dunes so some nights and early mornings were a little loud due to maintenance so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Overall, I highly recommend this villa and we will definitely stay here again.

This condo is very well stocked and extremely clean. It also is a great location with just a two minute walk to the beach. Everything we needed was here from the washer/dryer, a kitchen full of supplies, as well as drying racks and extra beach chairs in the closet too. This was our first time renting through island time and I cannot say enough good about our experience with them. They were very attentive and had clear communication throughout the rental process. We will definitely be back!

Only thing I didnt like was that they charged 95.00 (which I wasnt aware of) for rental of bikes/gear which they say is 150.00 credit at rental place which you have to use 72hrs before arrival. Never planned on renting anything so got screwed out of 95.00

We really enjoyed our stay. Definitely family friendly, I love that there was a pack n play in the unit. I thought it was well stocked with the essentials. The Marriott is right behind the unit so we used the sound machine provided, we didn’t hear a thing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I spent 6 weeks in this unit January-February. Location to beach is excellent. When the Dune's House is open it will even be better. It is a couple flights up, so some great exercise for those looking to stretch their legs. I would like a few items installed in unit for longer stay visitors like towel bars, place for food in kitchen, miscellaneous items. That being said, whenever i asked for something the property manager was extremely quick to bring something over. Big TVs in every room, plenty of seating in main room. The view off patios is of hotel next door, but you are a few yards from beach - sunrise is beautiful and different every morning! I have stayed in Palmetto Dunes for last 5 years and would definitely stay at this unit again.

We had a fabulous time staying for two weeks! The property was clean, updated, and spacious! They even had drying racks, which we always need for all our wet bathing suits and towels! Will definitely try and book this property again!

The Island time staff was excellent. Very helpful and always reachable via phone or text. Condo was beautiful, clean, comfortable and perfect location to the beach. 5 minute walk. Pools are nice. Even though it was a crowded week, we always had parking and pool was never crowded! We were there with our 2 adult sons and they each had their own queen size bed! They even gave us $150 credit toward beach gear rentals and we rented bikes. It worked out perfectly! Kitchen and toiletries well stocked. We had everything we needed! Would DEFINITELY stay again!!!

This is the second time we have stayed in this community. We love the bike/walk paths, the closeness to the beach, pool, and the General Store. We enjoy the layout of the condo as our kids (12 & 14) enjoy having a more separate area when they need some quiet time. This year we needed a desk for both my son and husband to work from, so that was a bonus for us. The kitchen is well supplied and the condo was clean and ready for us.
