The Property was accommodating, and the updates were appreciated. The updates in the master bath including the skylight were a nice touch. The location was very convenient and an easy walk to Harbor Town.

We stayed at the tennis court villa for almost a week in June 2025. The unit was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. We did not cook while there but the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the master bath was updated nicely with a huge walk-in shower. We had plenty of bath towels and the bed linens were good quality. We had no issues while there and Island Time checked on us a few times to make sure all was good with the unit. It is on the third floor with a lovely view in the trees overlooking the pool but be aware there is no elevator. The location to Harbor town was extremely convenient and another center nearby was great as well. We particularly enjoyed our dinner at Truffles and making candles.

Perfect location, mid-way between Harbour Town and Plantation course [I'm a golfer]. Walk to Sea Pines Center, Harbour Town Bakery, Fraser's, etc. The feeling of this place is like living in a treehouse - there's no window coverings over any of that glass you see in the photo -- and the back is all windows, facing the pool area. But you are surrounded by the limbs and leaves of a great tree that has wrapped its way around the whole back of the place; kinda cool! Internet works ok, but was glitchy at certain times of the day. So if you're going to do any 'work from home', be advised. And as mentioned, it's three flights up, but as you only 'load in' and 'load out' once, it wasn't a problem for us. Rebooked for next year. Island Time people are great. I can't give 5 stars for furnishings, because, like most of these places, the mattress[es] are just too darn soft and squishy for my taste. But some may like that! And toaster was too tight for bagels [I know, that's nitpicky!]

We love Sea Pines and have been coming to Hilton Head for 10-15 years. This condo is nice, clean, updated and has all needed modern amenities. My kids ages 6 and 11 absolutely loved biking all around the area, night and day lol. I was pleasantly surprised with the adult bike rentals we were able to get with the Vaykay credit. It worked out perfectly since we brought the kids bikes in our car. I would absolutely stay here again, the beds were comfortable, it was quiet and peaceful- no complaints. Island Time was also great to work with and I'm glad we uaed them over VRBO.

A very nice condo, well equipped and clean. Very close to a coffee shop, restaurants. We biked, played tennis, went to the beach and the pool. Many activities at our fingertips. Loved our stay here. Will come again.

We had a great long weekend in Hilton Head staying at this condo! It was clean and as pictured, there were no surprises. Very nice location in Sea Pines, close to both Harbour Town and the Beach Club. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great three-week stay in this condo. The condo was well-equipped and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook many of our meals and the equipment was all of good quality. The rental agreement with Vay K for bikes and beach chairs worked perfectly—what a great partnership. And the location was absolutely perfect—easy walks to both Harbour Town and Sea Pines Center and easy bike rides to anywhere else in Sea Pines. I’m sure we’ll be back here!

Wonderful little condo with everything you need for a short term stay. Easy walk to Harbourtown, restaurants or bike rental shop. The only pain was trying to go to the beach. Parking lot for the beach club fills up quickly in the morning so you have to wait until late afternoon for access.

I was a little hesitant on staying here due to some of those reviews. We are very pleased with the accommodations. Everything was clean and checkin was super easy. The property is beautiful and well maintained. It is a great location just a short walk or bike ride from Sea Pines Center and Harbour town.

My wife and I stayed at this villa for three nights. It’s a third floor unit that is well decorated and has a nice layout. Very convenient to Harbourtown and the tennis courts. The only negative is the 38 steps up to the front door! Nice place!

Fantastic ! Third time on the Island and third vacation rental company I used, I won't ask anybody else than Island Time now. Amazing service, nice people and so professional. The temperature was a little low and I did not find out how to set it. I called and a property manager appeared 15 min later. problem solved. the property was perfectly clean and just like described.

Island time did a fantastic job. Communication was outstanding and our stay was fabulous. The condo location was perfect for easy access to all activities. Additionally, the condo was well stocked and many amenities that were unexpected such as laundry and dishwasher detergent, trash bags, paper products and shampoo, conditioner, etc were provided. Well done Island Time!
