Enter through the double garage into the heart of the home, where an open-plan layout sets the tone for comfort and elegance. The fully equipped kitchen features a butler-style pantry with thoughtful touches like a water bottle filling station and a beverage fridge. This space seamlessly connects to a spacious living room with a TV and a dining area that seats eight. Step outside onto the first of three balconies, where you'll find a private pool and spa, complemented by unparalleled views of Hilton Head's stunning coastline.
The first floor is where you will also find the first en-suite bedroom, offering a serene king bed and peaceful marsh views, while the attached bathroom includes hallway access for added convenience. Adjacent is a cozy study with a large table and TV—perfect for catching up on work, playing family games, or enjoying quiet moments.
The second floor is home to three thoughtfully designed bedrooms and a convenient laundry room, offering both comfort and functionality. The first bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with serene marsh views. The second bedroom is perfect for children, offering a bunk bed with a full-size bottom, a twin top, an additional twin bed, and lovely marsh vistas. Its en-suite bathroom also opens to the hallway for added convenience. The Texas-themed primary suite is a true retreat, boasting a king-sized bed, two TVs, a cozy fireplace, and sliding doors that lead to a private balcony with breathtaking ocean views. Inside and out, this primary suite invites relaxation with plush seating and plenty of space to unwind.
The top floor is designed for gathering and relaxation. The family area boasts plush seating, a large table with seating for five, and a kitchenette, making it an ideal space for casual meals or game nights. Step out onto the balcony to soak in the ocean breeze and sweeping views. This floor features three additional luxurious en-suite bedrooms, each with a king bed. Among them is the second primary suite, which includes a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa.
Notice: There is currently construction at neighboring properties near 25 Singleton Beach. A framing project at 23 Singleton Beach is expected to be completed by May 2026. The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property

The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

This house is perfect! We had 7 couples stay there and we couldn't be happier with our experience. There were a couple of minor questions we had when we checked in. We spent the holidays at this home and - as the title of the review says - Wow! The home is thoughtfully designed (and brand new!). It has amazing views of the beach, and with the three floors of living space, allowed for privacy with our families. For us, we enjoyed spending time on the three balconies, relaxing, and watching the waves. We previously stayed in Palmetto Dunes and really liked Singleton Beach - it felt like it was truly our private beach. We will be back!Posted: 1/9/2025
