Each room is thoughtfully and elegantly themed after a unique destination, adding a touch of sophistication and charm to your stay. With multiple living spaces and panoramic ocean views, this home is a haven for families looking to relax and reconnect by the shore.

Enter through the double garage into the heart of the home, where an open-plan layout sets the tone for comfort and elegance. The fully equipped kitchen features a butler-style pantry with thoughtful touches like a water bottle filling station and a beverage fridge. This space seamlessly connects to a spacious living room with a TV and a dining area that seats eight. Step outside onto the first of three balconies, where you'll find a private pool and spa, complemented by unparalleled views of Hilton Head's stunning coastline.

The first floor is where you will also find the first en-suite bedroom, offering a serene king bed and peaceful marsh views, while the attached bathroom includes hallway access for added convenience. Adjacent is a cozy study with a large table and TV—perfect for catching up on work, playing family games, or enjoying quiet moments.

The second floor is home to three thoughtfully designed bedrooms and a convenient laundry room, offering both comfort and functionality. The first bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with serene marsh views. The second bedroom is perfect for children, offering a bunk bed with a full-size bottom, a twin top, an additional twin bed, and lovely marsh vistas. Its en-suite bathroom also opens to the hallway for added convenience. The Texas-themed primary suite is a true retreat, boasting a king-sized bed, two TVs, a cozy fireplace, and sliding doors that lead to a private balcony with breathtaking ocean views. Inside and out, this primary suite invites relaxation with plush seating and plenty of space to unwind.

The top floor is designed for gathering and relaxation. The family area boasts plush seating, a large table with seating for five, and a kitchenette, making it an ideal space for casual meals or game nights. Step out onto the balcony to soak in the ocean breeze and sweeping views. This floor features three additional luxurious en-suite bedrooms, each with a king bed. Among them is the second primary suite, which includes a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa.

Notice: There is currently construction at neighboring properties near 25 Singleton Beach. A framing project at 23 Singleton Beach is expected to be completed by May 2026. There is also ongoing work at 27 Singleton Beach. Guests can expect possible construction activity and noise during normal daytime hours.If you have any questions, please call Island Time at

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was impeccably clean, and the kitchen was well stocked—perfect for our family, since we cook most of our meals. Beach access was easy and convenient, making it simple to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.The beachfront view was truly spectacular, especially at sunrise each morning. The pool was beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect place to relax. Every detail made for a wonderful experience, and we loved every minute of our stay. Very well appointed, clean home which actually was larger than I expected from the photos and closer to the beach than I expected from the photos. I would recommend heating the pool as that made our stay much more pleasant for the kids and adults.

Wow!

This house is perfect! We had 7 couples stay there and we couldn't be happier with our experience. There were a couple of minor questions we had when we checked in. Wow!

We spent the holidays at this home and - as the title of the review says - Wow! The home is thoughtfully designed (and brand new!). It has amazing views of the beach, and with the three floors of living space, allowed for privacy with our families. For us, we enjoyed spending time on the three balconies, relaxing, and watching the waves. We previously stayed in Palmetto Dunes and really liked Singleton Beach - it felt like it was truly our private beach. We will be back!
