Enjoy the private outdoor lap pool, which can be heated in cooler seasons for a fee, the outdoor grill, and the lower patio that sits at the edge of the beach. All eight bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, while two offer adjoining bathrooms with Jacuzzi tubs.

A screened porch spans the length of the lower story of the house. Perfect for large family or friends group

I was in Hilton Head for an accounting conference and my extended family joined me for a fabulous week in mid October in this wonderful beach-front house. The layout of the 8 bedrooms gave maximum flexibility to our group and every one of us were thrilled with the amenities and location. We ranged in age from 35 to 82 and everything was easily accessed for everyone. Literally only a few steps to the beach and if you have little kids in your group, the pool and beach gear available would keep everyone happy.
The manager was on hand when we arrived and offered helpful information about the tv(s), grill, pool, etc. The lawn crew and pool man were both there during the week keeping the property in good shape. The thing I liked best about this property was how private it felt even though you were right on the beach. The house itself fits beautifully into its surroundings.

Perfect Location

The house was in a perfect location in Sea Pines. It had everything we needed with plenty of space and a great view.
