All eight bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, while two offer adjoining bathrooms with Jacuzzi tubs.
A screened porch spans the length of the lower story of the house. - The pool and spa can be heated for an additional charge, give us a call for heating rates and to make arrangements. Pool and spa heat must be scheduled at 14 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for last minute requests prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property

The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

We just spent a week in this home with our family. Our group had 16 people, ranging from ages 10 mos to 70 years old. We LOVED our stay at the property. There was plenty of space for our group and the huge screened in porch along the back of the home was our favorite spot. The panoramic view of the ocean was magical. We also appreciated that the house has 2 mini fridges in addition to the main fridge since we had lots of people and lots of food and drinks. We felt like the home was even prettier and larger in person that the photos online made it seem like. We loved the location in Sea Pines. We had the beach to ourselves every day, even over Memorial Day weekend. We enjoyed biking to South Beach and Harbortown.Posted: 6/1/2025

The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is superb, extremely spacious, and full of amenities. The ability to walk straight to the beach from the pool and spa area is unmatched and the area around the house is really great. Close to great golf, restaurants, and more.Posted: 11/20/2024

Literally only a few steps to the beach and if you have little kids in your group, the pool and beach gear available would keep everyone happy.
