2517 Windsor Place is a beautifully appointed three-bedroom, three-bathroom oceanfront villa that blends spacious design with effortless coastal elegance. As you enter, you are welcomed into a bright, open living space filled with natural light and framed by sweeping views of the Atlantic. The living and dining areas flow seamlessly together, creating an inviting setting for gathering, while expansive windows and sliding glass doors draw your eye to the ocean beyond.
The kitchen is both functional and refined, featuring granite countertops, updated appliances, and ample space for preparing meals or enjoying takeout after a day on the beach.
The bedroom layout is intentionally separated from the main living areas, offering a quiet retreat for rest and relaxation.
To the right side of the villa, Bedroom 1 serves as a private primary suite, featuring a king bed, TV, and direct access to a private oceanfront balcony with sweeping coastal views. The ensuite bathroom is spacious and beautifully appointed with a double vanity, a soaking tub, and a large walk-in shower.
To the left of the living room, Bedroom 2 offers a king bed, TV, and its own private balcony overlooking the ocean, creating another serene retreat within the home. The ensuite bathroom features a double vanity and a generously sized walk-in shower.
Just off the front entrance, Bedroom 3 is furnished with two twin beds and a TV, making it a comfortable and convenient space for additional guests or children. A nearby bathroom with a walk-in shower is easily accessible from this room.
Step outside onto one of three oceanfront balconies to take in breathtaking sunrises and the soothing sound of the waves. Whether enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening, these outdoor spaces offer a true connection to the coastal setting.
With over 2,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, this villa delivers a seamless blend of comfort, style, and an unbeatable oceanfront location.
Please note: The Windsor II elevator is scheduled for replacement beginning in the first week of November 2026. During this project, the elevator is expected to be out of service through approximately late February to early March 2027. Guests should plan to use stairs during this time. We appreciate your understanding as the community completes this improvement project.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property

The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.
