2519 Windsor Place is a beautifully appointed three-bedroom, three-bathroom oceanfront villa offering elevated coastal living from its top-floor location. With sweeping views of the Atlantic and the calming rhythm of the waves just beyond, this villa creates the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable getaway.
As you enter, you are welcomed into a bright and inviting living space where expansive windows and sliding glass doors showcase breathtaking ocean views. The living area is comfortably furnished, offering a cozy place to unwind while staying connected to the natural beauty just outside.
The kitchen has been thoughtfully updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating for two, creating a functional and stylish space for preparing meals. Just beyond, the dining area provides seating for eight, while a separate high-top table for two offers a flexible space that can also serve as a convenient workstation. Step outside to the covered balcony, where an additional dining table for up to six allows you to enjoy meals with a stunning ocean backdrop.
The bedroom layout is designed to maximize both privacy and views, with two oceanfront suites positioned to take full advantage of the villa's premier location.
Bedroom 1 features a king bed, TV, and direct access to the oceanfront balcony, where sweeping views create a serene private retreat. The ensuite bathroom includes a spacious layout with both a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 also offers a king bed, TV, and balcony access, allowing for the same incredible ocean views and seamless indoor-outdoor experience. The ensuite bathroom is equally well-appointed with a tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 is furnished with a custom bunk configuration, featuring a full bed on the bottom, a twin on top, and an additional twin trundle, making it an ideal space for additional guests or families. A nearby bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located just outside the room.
A laundry area with a brand new oversized washer and dryer is located just off the kitchen, providing added convenience for longer stays.
As part of Windsor Place, guests also enjoy access to two community pools, offering another way to relax and unwind just steps from the beach.

Please note: The Windsor II elevator is scheduled for replacement beginning in the first week of November 2026. During this project, the elevator is expected to be out of service through approximately late February to early March 2027. Guests should plan to use stairs during this time. The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property

The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

We had a wonderful stay in Hilton Head. Our property had beautiful views of the beach/ocean. The condo was nicely decorated. I will say that the master bath shower was set up in a weird way, but other than that, everything was great.

We travelled with two families and this rental was perfect! Lovely views from the balcony and from inside. Two masters with king beds a plus!! The kids room was fine for two teen boys! This is a top floor unit and very quiet- only thing was the frogs at night from the one master bedroom. They were LOUD. I think the weatherstripping on the door could fix that but it was just like a natural noise machine. VERY CLEAN! Everything you could need for a great vacation. Really enjoyed this condo for a recent girls trip getaway. The accommodations were spacious, comfortable and well appointed for our group of six adults. Loved the easy access to the beach as well as the beautiful pool and grounds, but mostly enjoyed the gorgeous views, ocean breezes and sound of the waves while sitting on the balcony. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Windsor II Unit 2519 for a four-night vacation, and I have to say, it exceeded all expectations. This oceanfront condo is a true gem on Hilton Head Island. One of the highlights of this condo is its location on the top floor, providing peace and quiet along with amazing views of the beach and ocean. Waking up to the sounds of the waves, having coffee on the balcony, and enjoying morning runs on the beach were an absolute delight. The complex property itself is meticulously landscaped and maintained, adding to the overall charm of the experience. I hardly noticed the other guests in the building for the time I was there. The elevator and short walk out to the beach meant we didn’t have to schlep our stuff far for beach outings. Inside, the condo is equipped with everything one could possibly need and more. From well-stocked kitchen supplies to ample towels and travel toiletries, the attention to detail is evident. The layout, with two of the bedrooms featuring walkout balconies, is perfect for families or couples seeking a relaxing retreat. The furniture, appliances, and fixtures were all clean and modern.
