Welcome to 2538 Gleneagle Green, a beautifully updated, pet friendly Harbour Town villa managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

Located along the Harbour Town Golf Links, this spacious villa offers peaceful golf course views and a convenient Sea Pines location. Guests are just a short 5 minute walk from the shops and dining at Sea Pines Center, with Harbour Town Marina, the iconic lighthouse, and additional dining and activities nearby.

The interior has been thoughtfully refreshed throughout, including a completely brand new renovated kitchen, new flooring throughout the property, new lighting, updated furnishings, and additional design touches that give the villa a fresh and welcoming feel.

The open concept main living area is bright and comfortable, featuring updated furnishings, a flat screen TV, and a sleeper sofa for additional guests. Sliding glass doors lead to the deck overlooking the golf course, creating an inviting spot to relax and enjoy the surrounding scenery.

The newly renovated kitchen has been completely transformed with all new cabinetry, new stainless steel appliances, new flooring, updated finishes, and a clean, modern design. The nearby dining area offers seating for up to 6 guests, along with an additional breakfast nook, perfect for casual meals and morning coffee.

Also located on the first floor is the first guest bedroom, featuring two twin beds and a flat screen TV. The nearby hall bathroom includes a walk in shower and has been refreshed with new wallpaper and updated details.

Upstairs, guests will find the primary suite and junior primary bedroom. The primary suite features a king bed, flat screen TV, and a private balcony overlooking the golf course. Its spacious private bathroom includes a soaking tub, separate walk in shower, and dual vanity.

The junior primary bedroom also features a king bed, flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tiled tub and shower combination.

Great spot for a family
This condo was in a perfect location right in the middle of sea pines. A short bike ride to Harbourtown, Beach Club, and Salty Dog. Plenty of restaurants around for coffee, lunch, dinner and shopping. The location on the golf course was nice and perfect for kids/families. Condo very clean with plenty of amenities and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

The Perfect Place
Couldn't have asked for better!! A lovely clean comfy home in the perfect location in Sea Pines. Island Time takes great care of us if any issues come up ( even though they haven't) This is our second winter at 2538 Gleneagle Green and we are coming back next year!!

Center of Sea Pines
Great location and property! In the center of sea pines, just off the beaten path with a golf course view and across from the community pool sits this very comfortable and well stocked 3 bedroom. Every room is well equipped and comfortable for a family stay. The living room has plenty of natural daylight and comfortable seating. The skylights provide warm light over the dining table in the kitchen is well stocked with the freezer that makes ice for days. The oven has a convection feature, which makes short work of meal prep. The grill on the patio was clean and an extra propane tank was in the box on the patio. The HVAC system kept the unit cool in the hottest of summer days. A short ride to the beach club by bike or a nice morning walk could take you to the marina or the beach. The patio is shaded until the early afternoon. Only good things to say about staying in the center of sea Pines resort! Additionally, the sea Pines parking pass states that you are a resort guest so you can park at the beach club (space available) during your stay making access to the beach very easy.

Great Location
Nice villa right on #2 of Harbour Town. Very clean convenient to all of Sea Pines and Coligny Area. Large Bedrooms and nice sitting area outside. House well supplied with basics.
