255 Stoney Creek | Beach Tower

The property description of 255 Stoney Creek is accurately described online. This townhouse had everything we needed and more.Upon arrival, everything was neat and clean, just like it shows online. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The location was nice because the pool was only steps away and there is a trolley stop not far from it so you can walk or drive to it and catch a ride to the beach. The trolley runs regularly and there is a live site online that you can look at to see when the next pickup/drop-off will be. And, let me say that ALL of the staff we encountered during our stay were superb!

Experience with Island Time Rentals and Haleigh was excellent. They were responsive to all my questions and concerns. The call they made upon arrival to make sure we got in and settled was a nice touch as was the call prior to us leaving / checking out. We had one issue with a toilet, and they had it fixed in no time. Highly recommend Haleigh and her team.

We had a perfect stay at this location for Thanksgiving! Everything was as pictured! We were able to cook a Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen! Thanks for having such a good variety of pots, pans, and utensils(even kids size plates and cups!)! Lots of seating! Fun to see they had board games as well! Only downfall for some would be the amount of stairs, but it was absolutely perfect for our group! Everyone had their own space, with their own bathroom. No complaints here at all! Look forward to staying there again!

What an amazing week we had here. This villa is newly renovated, spacious and very clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils needed for a delicious home cooked meal. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Harbour town, several restaurants and shops, great access to biking trails. The pool is just few steps away, which is super convenient. Our host Island Time was very responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning and referring to our friends and family. Thank you!

My family and I had to cancel a trip to Aruba and I was looking for a place with nice weather. I found your listing and loved the layout. Little did I know it was in a charming complex that had fun for everyone. This was a great surprise and everyone had fun. From the 19 & 20 year olds to the 14 & 15 year olds. The relaxed environment and bike to everywhere made it easy for teenagers to get around. We will definitely be back ago. Thank you for sharing your home with us! Our family of four recently stayed at 255 Stoney Creek and absolutely loved it. Normally we stay in Palmetto Dunes but decided to give Sea Pines a try and we’re so glad we did. It’s so much more relaxed and a totally different experience. The townhome is beautiful with plenty of space and all the comforts of home. It looked newly remodeled, and everything was pristine when we arrived. This place would be perfect for a multi-generational stay. Easy walking distance from Harbor Town, and the Sea Pines trolley is right there to take you to South Beach or the Beach Club. Parking was easy, no searching for luggage carts or taking elevators. Parked right outside the unit, made for easy unpacking. The pool is great and only about 30 feet from the back door. Island Time made check-in a breeze with their app. All the information in one location, all the access codes provided timely, no having to search through emails for door codes or other information. I absolutely recommend staying here and can’t wait to go back!

We had a great week at 255 Stoney Creek. The location was close to Harbour Town but was also quiet and shady. The villa was newly renovated, very clean and comfortable with almost everything we needed. The king mattresses were super comfy. The kitchen was well stocked and even had both a carafe and Keurig coffee maker. The proximity to the pool was excellent! It was not very crowded, and there were some lovely natural shady areas to escape the sun. The Island Time app was also very helpful and efficient - all the codes and information in one place. The only thing to keep in mind is that steps are required to reach the bedrooms. This might be an issue if you are traveling with older family memebers or anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise, we would love to come back!
