This lovely home boasts four primary suites, all with amazing views. Walking into this lovely home, the living room, dining area, and kitchen all make up the great room, allowing for an easy flow and an open, airy atmosphere. The living room is newly furnished with plenty of comfortable seating for all and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The large kitchen is fully stocked with everything a chef would need and has plenty of counterspace for multiple people to cook with room to spare. The formal dining table has seating for 10, and there is additional seating at the breakfast bar.
On the main level, Bedroom 1 serves as the master and has a king-sized bed, balcony access, plush seating around the cozy fireplace (not for guest use), as well as an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a king-sized bed as well as an ensuite bathroom.
On the lower level, you will find the last three bedrooms and a separate living area. The living area has a sofa bed. bedroom has a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, seating, and balcony access. Bedroom 3 has a king-sized bed with 2 twin beds, balcony access, and tons of windows to enjoy the view. Bedroom 4 has two queen-sized beds and shares direct access to the hall bathroom. Bedroom 5 has a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, seating, and balcony access.
Outside, spend your days basking away in the sun at the private pool and spa! There are plenty of Adirondack chairs and pool loungers for everyone. The beach is only a minute away, whenever you're ready!

- The pool and spa (does not have jets) can be heated for an additional charge; give us a call for heating rates and to make arrangements. Pool and spa heating must be scheduled 14 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for last-minute requests made prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated or reaching an optimal temperature.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:
Phase I:
- Complete - Contractor mobilizes in August 2025
- Complete - Weeks of August 13, 2025 thru September 12, 2025 - Fish Haul area
- Complete - Weeks of September 18, 2025 thru October 10, 2025 - Pine Island
- Complete - Weeks of October 11, 2025 thru October 17, 2025 - Port Royal (The Heel)
Phase II:
- Weeks of December 11, 2025 thru March 28, 2026 - Central Island, including beach areas along Palmetto Dunes
- Weeks of March 28, 2026 thru May 31, 2026 - South Island and South Beach areas.
Phase III:
- Weeks of November 1, 2025 thru April 30, 2026 - Pine Island Breakwater Structures
During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property
The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:
- Fish Haul Creek — 2,130 feet
- Pine Island — 5,280 feet
- Port Royal / The Heel — 5,280 feet
- Central Island (including Palmetto Dunes) — 28,860 feet
- South Beach / South Island — 10,230 feet
The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

- Construction noise will primarily involve bulldozers shaping the sand as it is deposited.
- Disruptions at individual properties generally last about three or four days as the renourishment operation progresses.
- Adjacent property owners, or renters, may experience short-term minor inconveniences.
