The living room features a 41-inch flat-screen TV, ample comfortable seating with a new sectional sofa, and sliding doors that open to a covered deck.
The kitchen is well-equipped for all your culinary needs, and the dining area is open to both the living area and the kitchen. All three bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, and a private bath with a newer walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed and includes a private balcony. The third bedroom features a bunk bed - twin over King with a twin trundle. They both share a newly remodeled Jack and Jill Bathroom.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property

The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

My family and I just had the most amazing week at 26 Fazio. The condo was so fresh, clean, open living space, beautiful views, and had everything you could think of to hunker down and cook for the week. We loved looking out to the golf course or sitting on the back patio with a grill available. Transportation to the beach is available and was very quick and easy with our two young kiddos all drivers were so pleasant. The pool is a nice L shape style with tons of seating/shade to enjoy for all and probably less than 100ft from this condo! Huge plus with kids!!! Th location of the condo is perfect pretty much anywhere we went it was less then 15 min drive with traffic- but also we could have found a ton of amenities right there for us to use! My children and I enjoyed a fabulous week at this villa! It was so lovely and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook in for the week. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. My girlfriends and I had the perfect stay at this stunning property. Everything appears to be updated and it was spotless. Gorgeous view of the golf course and close to everything! It’s the perfect morning walk to Shelter Cove for breakfast and shopping and then short walk to the beach for lounging. Beds were super comfy. Kitchen amenities are spot on for enjoying a meal in. The pictures do not do this place justice! The decor is so charming, and the living space is extremely comfortable. We enjoyed a long weekend on the beach, watching golfers from the deck, playing pickleball, shopping, and eating at the best local restaurants. We were able to walk to most of our destinations.
