This beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home has an open floor plan. The living room has ample room to relax and watch TV on the large flat screen; the dining area seats six people; and the kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and everything you need. Attached to the great room, the Carolina room with a ping pong table is where you will meet after a day at the beach to spend time with family and friends. Through the Carolina Room, you can have access to the deck, an outside table, and a barbecue.
The large master bedroom with a king-size bed has a view of the pool. Its private bath has a custom-tiled walk-in shower. The two other bedrooms share the same bathroom, which has a beautiful tile wall with a tub and shower combination.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property
The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:
The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool was awesome to have for our 6 and 9 year old. The ping pong table kept our older kids busy for hours and the location in Sea Pines was perfect. The bike ride to the beach was very easy and we loved coming back to the shower to wash off the beach in the outdoor shower. This by far was the most peaceful 3 weeks we could have hoped for.
The home primarily was one level which made it very easy for two in our group with ambulatory issues, What a win and a big asset if you rent this home.
There could have been an issue but the owner adjusted an access point with such graciousness. Thank you

We absolutely loved this home. We have an 8 year old and 11 year old and the bike ride to the beach (about 5-7 minutes) was enjoyable and easy. The house was clean, beds/couch very comfortable, and the pool/ping pong table were a hit. We biked each night to Harbour Town or South Beach and also biked to Lawton Stables. The property management team was great. A few things we learned-get baskets for the bikes and we rented the daily chairs/umbrella set up through Shore Beach which made it all very easy. We recently stayed 4 nights here and it was a really nice experience overall. The pool with outdoor heated shower was great. Rooms were all nicely equipped and clean. Only issue we have was beach access was difficult as the beach club is only open to park for home owners and if you book direct through sea pines. Not this owners fault about beach club parking rules but it was an issue for us with 3 small children. Other than that I highly recommend this property. It was clean, newly renovated, and had a well- stocked kitchen! We are a family of six, and all slept well. I appreciated the nice storage drawers in kids rooms for their clothes. There wasn’t a lot of natural light in the front of the house, but nice to have all windows in the sunroom. We had cousins over for dinner and there was enough room with the table extension and barstool area. I was glad to find a home with a private pool, and ping pong was a bonus that entertained all ages. Not a huge pool, but the kids and teens enjoyed. (Four of ours plus cousins staying nearby). It has lights for nighttime use which was nice. (I wish I brought a citronella candle or bug bands to keep away mosquitos). I did not like that the master bedroom pool access was locked. You had to walk through the garage or around the yard. It wasn’t aweful, but having direct access would have been a much nicer option. Location was very nice! Less than 5 minute bike ride to the surf scoter beach access, and just a couple more to the beach club. Also convenient biking to harbor town and south beach areas. When we arrived, outdoor trash was a mess, not picked up and spilling into the yard. Apparently some issue with trash collection and it was addressed the next day. We found a few palmetto bugs, which is typical for the area, but nonetheless unwelcome guests. Other Suggestions: pen and notepad, maybe a few games stored in one of those empty cabinets, upgraded bedding/pillows in master (it is vacation, so might as well ask) We enjoyed another great week in HHI, and were very happy with the home and location.Posted: 7/26/2021

The property was exactly what we expected after viewing the listing online. The home was beautifully updated and the layout was perfect for our family. Access to the beach was described accurately in regards to distance, however if driving to the recommended public beach access parking is limited from 8am-3pm and is parking spots are available on a first come first serve basis. The home was stocked with many useful items, however kitchen utensils were somewhat limited. Several complimentary items were provided by the owner and property management group and were very helpful! The communication with Island Time was fantastic! They were extremely helpful in resolving an issue the owner had with our son’s service dog and also other complaints the owner’s reported during our stay. Island Time checked in several times throughout the week to make sure we were safe from the tropical storm and to make sure we didn’t need anything else. We would definitely consider staying at another property managed by Island Time, but would not stay at this property again due to the owner’s complaints throughout our stay.Posted: 7/13/2021

Second, the place is well laid out-coffee maker/blender-hip cute decor etc. Lots of ceiling fans-very clean etc. The pool is very small like 14/14. We found the master bedroom to be hot like its not getting the air flow. The other bedrooms were fine. Need a towel bar in the jack and jill bath as there was no room to hang towels. LOVED the decor, bedding, etc. It was very well laid out and decorated. Having the storage in the garage for your beach stuff was nice. For the price I think this should have come with beach bikes like many other places offer. The company Island Time was great to deal with and I would totally rent from them again....checked on us to make sure everything was ok when we got there etc. The kids LOVED the ping pong table and that room. I would not stay there again because the pool was too tiny for our family of 5 but if it was just the hubs and I would totally stay again.Posted: 6/21/2021
