As you approach the property, you are greeted by lush landscaping, a meticulously maintained exterior, and a grand entrance that sets the stage for the luxury that awaits inside.

This home boasts multiple media and living spaces throughout. Perfect for spreading out. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and a central island with additional seating, offering a new gathering spot for guests to socialize while meals are being prepared.

Adjacent to the kitchen are two dining areas that set the stage for elegant dinners and gatherings. Large windows open onto a patio or deck, seamlessly merging indoor and outdoor spaces and offering breathtaking ocean views as a backdrop to your dining experiences.

The nine bedrooms in the home are all meticulously designed to provide comfort and privacy for guests. Each newly renovated bedroom is generously sized and lavishly furnished, featuring plush beds, sitting areas, and stylish décor. Most of the bedrooms offer newly updated en-suite bathrooms for added convenience and luxury. These en-suite bathrooms often feature high-end fixtures, dual sinks, soaking tubs, and separate showers, creating private sanctuaries for relaxation.

The outdoor space of the oceanfront home is an extension of its grandeur. A spacious deck spans the length of the property, offering multiple areas for lounging, dining, and enjoying the coastal ambiance. Comfortable outdoor furniture, including loungers and dining sets, provides ample seating options for relaxation or entertainment, while a private boardwalk allows you to be steps away from the beach. Additional fees apply for last-minute requests made prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated or reaching an optimal temperature.

We Love 27 SBL!

Great Venue

Loved the location

Location was great! Stayed in sea pines several times before. House wasn’t quite up to par. Water damage was apparent throughout the house. Un-painted, un-sanded Sheetrock everywhere. Pool deck and hot tub were in need of repair. Garage was accessible but not usable for cars. Too much junk to park a car. Air conditioner kept freezing up and water heater kept leaking into the kitchen. Not worth what we paid!

Perfect Size

Our family of seven traveled to HHI to visit family and friends! We didn’t come close to using all the bedrooms but loved the location for enjoying the beach, pool area, den areas and kitchen. Perfect for hosting Christmas dinner for 20 and enjoying beautiful beach views!
