We are a family of 4 with two teenagers and we loved our stay at this property. Inside, the home was very clean, well stocked and in a great location. My only feedback is that the outside area around the pool and back porch needed a deep clean. We rented in early April so we understand pollen is in full swing. We recommend this property and will stay here again.

We loved the home arrangement, bright and open. The pool and spa were fantastic for late September. We paid the extra for a heated spa it was well worth it for those cool evenings. We brought our Bichon along and he enjoyed the ocean. The property was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay there again.

This home has it all and is in the perfect location within Sea Pines. Only a couple minutes from Harbour Town and South Beach. The fully fenced area around the pool was perfect for spending time outside with our dog and the screened porch allowed us to enjoy several meals outside but without the bugs. The home was very clean, and kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials. A+ island getaway.

We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head! Our stay at this property was fantastic. The house was awesome, offering a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Very clean and spacious property with updated kitchen and baths. Comfortable beds. Great access to trails and beach in Sea Pines. Dog friendly. Wonderful to have a pool and spa at the house. Recommend highly. Property manager was attentive and left several messages with information with how to contact for any issues that could have arisen-but all went well. The Property management company also has a liaison with a beach gear and bike rental company with a $250 credit - extremely handy and convenient.

My family stayed here for a week and loved it. The location was great, just a short bike ride away. We loved the pool and paid a little extra for the spa but it was totally worth it. We had trouble with the tv in the living room but wasn’t really an issue since we weren’t there to watch tv. The screened in porch was fantastic. We had a great week and would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great time at this property. The location is great - just a short walk or bike ride to the beach. Also easy bike ride to get to Harbor Town and South Beach. Really appreciated the extra beach towels they provided. The property was ready on time (we ran into the inspector who was actually making sure all was good- as a former rental home owner, I really appreciated seeing the property management company doing a once over before releasing the home to guests; they also called us the next day to be sure everything was good). Plenty of room, nice pool and hot tub. Beds were not quite as comfortable as I like but they were fine. Overall the house was just what we needed for a family vacation. Might suggest moving that TV over the fireplace so it’s easier for everyone to watch in the living room but not a big deal at all. Loved the back porch area - quiet and private. Would definitely stay here again.

My family of 4 stayed with my parents for a much needed change of scenery during the pandemic. The house was well appointed and just the right size for us. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, garage for storing bikes and extra fridge for beverages. Great location on quiet street with easy access to the bike trails and beach, and 10 min drive to anything we needed. We used the pool every day and loved having the screened porch for breakfast and after dinner. Will gladly return to this property!

The house was a nice size for the 2 of us and our dogs and for a pet friendly house, it was spotless. Neighborhood was quiet, walk to the beach seemed a little long but was very easy. The mattresses left a little to be desired but the linens, towels and all other provisions were perfect - just dont for get the salt and pepper if you plan to cook! Highly recommend heating the hot tub for winter vacations. Really enjoyed our trip.
