Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 7 adults and 4 children and this house was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone and comfortable sleeping arrangements. House was clean and fairly well stocked. This neighborhood is really nice with easy access to the beach and Chaplin park. Highly recommend renting bikes for the week with pull behind carts for the easiest beach access, there is no parking at the beach access but lots of bike racks. Great island location for all activities on Hilton head. The only issue we had was the family room TV would all of a sudden get super loud (volume 80-90) and you couldn’t get it to turn down. This happened several times and we finally powered off the sound system as it kept switching between tv and sound system speakers. Recommendations: some plastic dishes for kids (bowls/plates/cups) placemats for glass table - one more “comfy” piece of furniture in living room. These are very small things!! We had an amazing time, would highly recommend and we are talking about next summer already.

A perfect place to stay with our parents, kids and dog! The proximity to the dog park was amazing! The elevator was a nice perk for our parents. The house was clean, spacious and nicely decorated to feel like a home away from home.

Location was wonderful for us as the tennis courts were very close and our group used them every day! The walk to the beach worked for those that wanted a longer walk Those that didn't could drive and park near beach entrance and that worked for them!Pool was not used by us as it was always in the shade which made it too cold Also there was no outdoor seating anywhere in the sun so that was a shame. House was very clean and all the bedrooms worked well for our group Washer worked great Dryer took a long time to dry Staff helped when tv wouldn't work by coming over and fixing it

Property was perfect for our party. Location was ideal - close to friends and family, shopping, and beach. Our elderly and sedentary pet was spoiled by elevator. Property amenities met all our needs. Island Time management team provided excellent communication and customer service. We stayed at 28 Corine Lane for 2 wks in October. The place was perfect for our family (with pets). We felt (including pets) absolutely at home at the residence. The elevator was an absolute necessity for our 16 yr old dog and performed flawlessly. The location of rental is ideal - close to EVERYTHING! Parks (including dog parks); groceries; shopping; and of course the beach. The communications with Island Time were superb, timely, and thorough. I cannot provide enough accolades for Ms Brenda Stone at Island Time! She absolutely went over and above the call of duty in helping us obtain some left-behind possessions. Without her help we would have lost essential meds and clothes. THANK YOU Brenda! Due to all of the positive experiences and good times - we hope to utilize Island Time for all of our HHI future vay-Kay’s 🤩!

Island Time was excellent with their communication. Very professional and informative. We loved the location of this house. It was well stocked with a nice layout. The tv was a bit challenging to figure out cans should be updated. Overall I would recommend this rental and would stay there again.

However, the company we stayed with provided a free shuttle to the beach. The shuttle was large enough for all our gear. This was a game changer.

We had the most wonderful stay at this rental. It’s hard to know where to begin because everything was just right. The home was exactly as described- clean, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished with cozy accommodations that made it perfect for our group of multiple families.The location was ideal. We loved having easy access to a quieter part of the beach, and the shuttle service was incredibly convenient. (Patti, the driver, was incredible!) We never had to wait more than a few minutes, and the walk or bike ride to the beach was just as enjoyable. Being so close to Shelter Cove gave us everything we needed without the crowds.The pool and garage were also great amenities to have, and we were so thankful for both. The pool was a relaxing spot for the whole family, and having access to the garage made storing bikes and beach gear a breeze.The host was incredibly responsive before check-in, and everything during our stay went so smoothly that we never had to reach out. Still, it was clear that if we had needed anything, it would have been taken care of quickly. We would absolutely rent this home again and recommend it without hesitation.

The house was very comfortable and well stocked. New living room furniture (different from pictures). Comfortable beds and bedrooms. Plenty of linens. Beach is a comfortable walk (about 15 min), easy and safe walk or bike ride. Great communication with Island Reality before, during, and after our stay.

The house is wonderful and my whole family was blown away with the quality of furnishings and decor. My parents felt pampered and we were all very comfortable during our stay. The pool was a welcomed reprieve from the Southern heat especially for my parents who were less mobile to make it to the beach every day. The neighborhood golf cart free shuttle to the beach access was so helpful and the drivers were extremely friendly and patient. The in-home elevator was an absolute God-send providing peace of mind for my sisters and me as our parents traversed the three story house. Just a couple small details: - we couldn’t get the cable tv to work. Fortunately, we brought an HDMI cable to plug in a laptop to watch our streaming shows and movies. - the house ran very cold upstairs and much warmer on the main floor. We couldn’t quite find a happy medium. Otherwise our stay was absolute perfection!

We had a wonderful vacation in Hilton Head. The house is very nice and clean. The elevator didn’t work at all. They offered to come and repair but we didn’t want people coming in and out doing repairs on our vacation. The dryer was also not drying properly. We did request to have it looked at. The repairman came right away and fixed it. Which was great. The only negative thing about the house is the pool and patio. It is very nice and we used it everyday. But it needs a good cleaning. The pool was dirty - needed a good cleaning on the bottom and sides. It had black mold on the sides too. The patio definitely needs to be power washed and a good cleaning. The house was very comfortable and had a lot of room.

We have been going to Hilton head for over 30 years and stayed at just about every type of accommodation. This house was perfect for our family of babies, toddlers and adults. Each room was spacious and gave everyone enough room to have their own space while the common areas were larger than what the pictures made them appear. Property was clean and is well maintained overall. Pool area could use a little sprucing up but it’s just cosmetic stuff that doesn’t reduce how you are able to utilize. Hosts were more than communicative but not intrusive. If you are looking for a property close to the beach I would not recommend this as it’s atleast a 10 minute walk to either public access near it. It is close to Chaplin park which is a great spot for bike riding, walking, running or parking to head to the beach. Would recommend and my standards are pretty high.

This home has a great location on the island. About an 10 minute walk to the beach or a quick bike ride. We used the free beach shuttle often because our trips to the beach were at varied times for the different families. Nice park just across the street for tennis and a playground for the kids. The house size and layout worked out perfectly for our 4 families age 2 to 65. The small pool was worked fine for 3 kids under 5 and a quick dip after the beach. We had noisy neighbors (when using their pool) but once inside the home you could barely hear them. However, there are a couple of maintenance items that need to be addressed: The shower in the bathroom on the main floor had barely any water pressure. All the other showers were good but annoying that we had to run upstairs to use a decent shower! The Dryer needs it's vent cleaned: takes forever to get things dry. Again, no dish towels (mentioned in another review). I realize that issues are not easily fixed between guests during a busy rental season but for this price point of house they need to be addressed. I did not call the management team for any of these issues and I am still giving the house 5 stars because the many positives of this home warrant it.

We checked in on Saturday and Sunday we got a call making sure everything was acceptable. We requested hot pads, dish towels and a knife sharpener....the items were delivered Monday morning! Great service!! The refrigerator went out and one was delivered the following day, we were compensated for our trouble. Great service!! The home is beautiful, we love the outdoor living space!! We used the outdoor shower, pool and lounge furniture multiple times a day. I really can’t say enough positive things about the home, the management team, the beach shuttle and Hilton Head Island.

Overall our stay here was great. The master bathroom has very low water pressure and it took me an hour to run bath water. Other than that…the home was AMAZING!!!!

We had a great stay at this vacation home. Walking distance to the beach. The pool area was mostly covered but it was really nice because we were able to be outside most of the evenings and eat meals. It also rained so having a covered area was great.

It was spacious and the bathroom setup was great with 3/5 bedrooms having their own private access and then rooms 4 and 5 with a shared bathroom which was great for the kids. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of pillows, extra sheets, comforters etc. The kitchen was well prepared with sufficient pots/pans, plates, cups, utensils etc etc. The pool was small but nice to have and the outdoor setup in that space was nice as well. The outdoor shower had nice warm water which was great after the beach. Living room was comfortable as well. The shuttle service directly from the house to the beach was excellent! The only negative is that I thought the cleaning could be a little better in the showers and there was lots of dust on the bedroom furniture which we took care of. Also, the pool was pretty cold for it being summer but I think that’s because the outside area is nicely shaded - just sharing as some May want to consider heating it even in the summer.Overall would recommend the home as its well appointed, in a great location within HH and easy access to the beach!
