Description Description
Welcome to 3 Dune Lane! This oceanfront home is in North Forest Beach. Soak in the amazing views as soon as you walk in. Grab a seat in the living room or outside on the patio to listen to the waves. Right off the living room is the kitchen, which has seating at the breakfast bar for four and a dining table for twelve.

Head upstairs, where the bedrooms are located. The first two bedrooms each have a king bed and sofa pullout. The next two rooms have a king bed. The final bedroom has two full beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. The master bathroom features a large tub. Downstairs, along with a private pool and hot tub, is a lounge area. The lounge area features seating, a wet bar, and a pool table.

This oceanfront home has it all to sit back and take in the low country lifestyle.

- The pool and spa can be heated for an additional charge, give us a call for heating rates and to make arrangements. Pool and spa heat must be scheduled at 14 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for last minute requests prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated and or reaching optimal temperature.

Fabulous family fun
Our family of 10 recently spent a wonderful week in this lovely home. It was spacious and a perfect location. Two bedroom are on the main floor and 3 bedrooms are on the upper floor. The kitchen is very large. Easy access to the beach 1/2 block on either side of the property. There are sand toys, boogie boards and beach chairs in the garage. Also floats for the pool.
The only disappointment is that this is house is on the beach and it has a private pool but beach towels are not provided and are very bulky to bring in a suitcase. We would highly recommend.

Perfect house in perfect location
House was beautiful, pool was perfect and location was ideal. Walked everywhere, enjoyed shops and restaurants and of course, Pool Bar Jim's.
