This gorgeous Sea Pines villa has been recently renovated and features golf and lagoon views. Walk into an open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room. Relax on either of the comfortable couches in the living room and watch your favorite programs on the large flat-screen cable TV, or relax in the Carolina room at the rear of the villa, featuring large windows, perfect for watching golfers tee off on the 10th hole!
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a wine fridge. This villa makes it easy to entertain with two bar seats and a dining table that seats 6.
The living room has plush seating, perfect for conversing or watching a movie. Just off the living room, there is additional seating to sit back and enjoy the golf course view. The primary bedroom features a king bed and has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features two queen-sized beds. The guest bathroom features a combination shower and tub.
Head outside to your private deck and soak in the rays while watching golf. The villa is only a short walk from the beach and a 5-minute walk from the Sea Pines Beach Club. In the summer, relax and enjoy Hilton Head Island's icon, Gregg Russell's, concerts.
There is only 1 dedicated parking space and parking pass for the unit. It is first come first served guest spots for additional vehicles.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property
The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:
The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

Our stay at 3 lighthous road villa in Seapines was awesome! We are pretty picky with our places to stay, but this villa met and exceeded our expectations. The villa is very clean, with upgrades and quiet. The beds are comfortable. We loved sitting out on the private back deck watching the golfers. Our stay was perfect. Second time staying here for our early winter trip to HHI. The location was amazing with easy access to the beach and beach club. Lots of space with the open floor plan and the place was bright with all of the windows. We had a great time staying at the lighthouse villa. It was very well equipped with everything we needed. We grilled and ate in most meals and had everything we needed. When we arrived there was an odor like mold/ mildew but as soon as I reported it they had someone out that day to address it even calling on an hvac company to come. The property is nicely renovated and all the mechanics worked well. We have booked to stay again. Two minor details that bothered me- overkill with the rain head shower in a small shower; no way to avoid getting hair soaked. What a lovely visit we had. Thanksgiving was a pure joy in your condo. We cooked a full on Thanksgiving dinner and the home had all the needed necessities. We have been to HHI many times in the past 30 years and Sea Pines is our favorite location. Our complete stay was very relaxing. The one floor layout was very comfortable and convenient. We totally enjoyed the patio from the morning to evening and the neighborhood was great for walking. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all necessities and then some. My husband and I and our 12 yr. old Scottie enjoyed 2 weeks at Skye Villa. The location was ideal. Very close to the beach which we all walked daily. Enjoyed great restaurants and true relaxation. We had such a lovely time on Hilton Head Island and enjoyed our stay at this wonderful villa. The villa was meticulously cleaned and well organized. Everything (including light switches) were clearly labeled, and the villa itself was well appointed. Just a quick stop to the grocery store for a little food and we were all set for the week! The villa feels spatious and open, yet comfortable and homey. It is also wonderfully private and quiet! LOVE the Carolina room and hubby enjoyed sitting on the patio, taking in the golf course views. Sea Pines is such a nice area on HHI. We enjoyed the lush greenery and bike trails immensely. We felt tucked away yet were in close proximity to the bike rental store, restaurants, grocery stores and beaches. Check-in / check-out was a breeze and Jonathan was very responsive. Our family of 4 plus one fur baby enjoyed Christmas in Hilton Head during our first stay in the off-season. We loved being on the golf course with convenient walking paths to explore Sea Pines from beach to marina to restaurants. The villa was beautiful and super comfortable for movies, playing games, cooking, working remotely and reading. By Far The Best Accommodations we have EVER experienced in ALL the years while vacationing in Sea Pines, Hilton Head. No negatives whatsoever. Better than the photos. Check In was easy, simply arriving and using the code provided well in advance. Our Host was wonderful. We were so surprised and tickled to find a warm welcome note along with a Thank you Gift actually for us...just because we chose this property! I have never witnessed how everything throughout the condo was so neatly arranged with helpful guides but not overbearing at all. The Housekeeping Crew did an impeccable job of having everything spic and span. We were in want of nothing...had EVERYTHING we needed. Very Beautiful, Private, Quiet, and hassle-free stay. This was our second summer staying in this condo and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The condo is just as the photos describe and it’s a very convenient 5-8 minute walk to the beach. My partner and I travel to Hilton Head at least once a year to visit relatives and spend some time at the beach, and this was our third year in a room staying at this condo. Once again, it did not disappoint! Having stayed at this condo three years in a row, I can honestly say that they have done an exceptional job maintaining this rental property. Any small signs of wear and tear are always fixed by the next stay, and the property is always spotless upon arrival. This was my husband and my first time staying on Hilton Head Island, but will not be our last. This is due in large part to Skye Villa Sea Pines #3. The location of the villa was awesome on the 10th tee of the golf course. Sitting on the patio, reading a book, enjoying a cocktail, and people watching was our favorite thing to do. We live on a golf course in CT. and so we felt right at home here. The villa has been updated and lacked for nothing that we could think of during our stay. We had one issue with access to our TV viewing access, but our host was super quick to rectify the situation when we contacted him (probably was user error 😉). Sea Pines Resort area is close to all amenities. We enjoyed some amazing restaurants, walked to a terrific beach club, played golf, shopped, and had our choice of markets for food and drinks. Also, so glad that the villa is pet friendly, as our Westie loved our long, multiple time a day walks!Posted: 3/1/2021

We enjoyed staying here. It was very clean and had nice decor. The kitchen was large and open to the large dining area (large table) and living room. All the cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc we needed were there. A few pods for dishwasher and washing machine. Nice reading nook and patio. Easy access from kitchen to fenced in area for bikes. No stairs which was great. Large master room and second bedroom. Very nice shampoo, conditioner and soap to use. Lots of towels. Patio on a golf tee. Sometimes noise from cleaning crews. Near road but you can’t hear traffic. Easy walk to beach. Plenty of lights and electrical outlets. I would definitely recommend this condo.Posted: 12/15/2020

9 Lighthouse Road, #3 was a perfect golf, tennis and relaxation getaway for our family. Chicago has already gotten chilly and the weather in Sea Pines was perfect! We LOVED this property and will definitely stay here again. We have been visiting HHI for 15 years and this is the best condo we’ve rented. The beach Is a short bike ride or walk away and the pool is just around the corner. We were the only people at the pool most of the time. Our family of 3 plus our dog took remote school from NC to HHI for 4 nights, and we enjoyed every minute! This was our sixth time staying on HHI and we love Sea Pines and especially this villa which was just the right size for us. We enjoyed the quiet yet central location, the new pool (never busy), watching fish jump and birds visit the lagoon, looking for the alligator, and eating meals at the large table. Grill worked perfectly and well-stocked kitchen made great meals easy- really important when trying to distance from others during these weird times. Parking is a breeze in assigned spot just steps to front door. Our senior dog appreciated no steps in the whole place! Bike trail just across the way and besides the Sea Pines trails we also rode the golf course path (after 8pm- squeezed it in before dark). Nicely styled, beachy and comfortable but also clean. This cluster home is the perfect place for your beach vacation. An amazing location within Sea Pines with parking right outside your unit. Being on the golf course/lagoon makes for quiet nights and great wildlife watching. You're only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach with access through the Sea Pines Beach Club entrance. Easy bike ride to Sea Pines Center and Harbor Town. Home is completely stocked with anything you could need.... blender, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, toaster oven, lots of pots and pans. This our second time renting this unit....it does not disappoint. The unit is very tastefully decorated with a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio in the afternoon and watch the golfers at the 10th tee box. It is a short 5 minute walk to a great beach just in front of the Beach Club. Sea Pines is a great area to rent bikes and ride through the shaded bike trails or along the beach. This area is very dog friendly and our Mazie enjoyed running on the beach and meeting lots of other four legged friends.Posted: 11/3/2019

Having been to HHI for 14 years, it is very rare to have a description of a rental match your expectations. This is a rare find and this one has all the elements that will make your stay in HHI everything that you hoped it would be. Not only is the villa completely remodeled, it is tastefully done as well. The kitchen is fully stocked, another rarity, but it is done with the mindfulness that you may actually use it. From the shiplap accent walls, to the large screen smart TV and comfortable furnishings, the view from the villa is exceptional looking out on the Atlantic Dunes golf course. The location is walking distance to the beach and restaurants, or biking if you prefer. Our host Jonathan could not have been more gracious and was a pleasure to work with. My husband, son and I just returned from a weeks stay at this home and could not have had a better experience. Jonathan was very welcoming and allowed us to check in early which was great since we arrived on the island earlier that morning. The home was extremely clean and everything has been updated. The kitchen is beautiful with all new appliances and marble countertops, while same went for the bathrooms. By the decor and overall design of the unit you could tell a lot of thought and love went into a recent renovation. My husband was a former resident of HHI and worked in Sea Pines at one of the golf clubs so we are very familiar with the island and Sea Pines itself and have to say this is our favorite location to stay within the plantation. You are a five minute walk to the beach club- which we visited daily, and a short bike ride to both Harbortown and South Beach Marina. The Plantation Club is right across the street as well. There is a putting green right out back and the home sits right alongside the 10th hole tee box so we very much enjoyed having coffee in the morning watching golfers tee off. This villa is a very unique property to find in Hilton Head. It's location is in the middle of everything in Sea Pines Resort. It is situated on the beautiful golf course with amazing views of the nature and it takes only 5 minutes to walk to the beach using the trail in a shade. The beach access is very convenient, it is thru the beach club where you can park a stroller or bike as well as rinse after the ocean. It is also pet friendly and we could bring our dog with us. We also liked the convenience of having the bike rental shop just across the street. It took us only 10 minutes to ride to the Harbor Town and about 15 minutes to South Beach, highly recommend this experience! The Horse Stable with a mini farm for kids is only 5 minutes away and we loved this place too. The villa itself is super clean and very tastefully decorated with a lot of natural light. We were able to find all necessary cook ware, appliances, anything you can even imagine was there! Very clean and in a brand new condition. Very comfortable beds and a lot of extra towels. The owners are amazing and respond immediately if any questions. Highly recommend this place and our kids are looking forward to staying there next year again!Posted: 9/3/2018

This was our first time on Hilton Head and we had a fabulous time. The villa is so conveniently located - it's a 2 minute bike ride to the beach and everything else in Sea Pines is easily accessible by bike. The villa is fabulous - top notch renovation, super clean and well stocked! It came with plenty of towels and a well equipped kitchen. One can tell that the owners are putting a lot of care into their place and want to make their renters as comfortable as possible. We stayed at this Seapines Villa for 7 weeks this winter & found it the perfect location and such nice accommodation! It has been recently renovated so is fresh & clean and very comfortable to stay for a long period. it's the inside end unit so was really quiet. The property owners were a delight to deal with and everything was very well organized for our visit. The new kitchen is beautiful and the lovely tile floors easy to keep clean and free of sand from the beach. From this unit it is a quick walk to the beach or bicycle to Harbour town , South beach or to the fitness club. We loved it & hope to stay here again next year.Posted: 5/9/2018
We found this villa immaculately clean, all new appliances, perfect floors for our dog to play on. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were a nice size with appropriate closets and bureau space. The villa location is ideally located, practice putting green, short walk to the Plantation Club, bike rental across the street and easy bike ride to Harbor Town. The owner was responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen is well equipped. The villa was well laid out for when we had family come stay with us for a couple of days. The sunroom is great place to sit and read in the morning. My only wish is a larger patio that gets a little sun. All in all it was very enjoyable. I have stayed in quite a few villas all over the island in the past 40 years and I have to say this is one of the nicest. Everything is new and WORKS! A lot of places are tired and things don't work properly, but this place is top notch and perfect location. Very close to beach.Posted: 10/31/2017

This property has been completely renovated and is in a perfect location. The golf course and beach are literally across the street. The property is very well equipped and even has a wine frig! The owner is very committed to customer service and making your stay as enjoyable as possible. We really enjoyed the many restaurants that are in the Sea Pines resort.
