32 Bradley Beach Road is a gorgeous beach house located a short walk to the beach, sleeping 9 guests in 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a bonus room. This lovely home is exceptionally well maintained and has ample room to spread out in the living room, which has a sofa that converts into a queen bed. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and includes granite countertops and two bar seats. It offers the perfect space for hosting, with two dining tables. The first dining table seats 6, and the second dining table seats 8. Also located on the first floor are a full bathroom and a bonus room with a daybed perfect for napping, next to a full bath with a walk-in shower.
Heading upstairs, along with three bedrooms, you have a great workspace for working on the go. The primary bedroom features a king bed with a vented walk-in closet that has plenty of room for a baby's pack and play and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom features two twin beds. They both share a bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Dual thermostats are located on the first and second levels for added comfort.
Heading outside, there are porches in the front and back of the home, each with comfortable furniture. The backyard makes this beach house even better! The fenced-in backyard has 12 acres of natural landscape behind the property making it the perfect spot for pets. The main pool deck features a grilling station, lounge seating, an outdoor shower, and a private heated pool, gas fire pit, and hot tub. Located in the garage is a second refrigerator within steps of the pool, a ping pong table, and a 30-amp electric vehicle plug suitable for most level 2 charging stations. The property features well maintained landscaping with shrubbery and pavers around the pool deck. For added convenience, there are 2 parking spaces inside the garage and 2 spaces in the driveway.
NEW AMENITIES
32 Bradley Beach just got even better with a brand new above ground hot tub that can accommodate up to 6-7 people. The hot tub water is filtered using a fresh water salt system. The hot tub can be heated at no additional cost during your stay. There is also be a gas fire pit which will add an extra element of relaxation for your stay.
Driessen Beach is just a stone's throw away from your front door and has a kids playground, showers, and restrooms nearby.

- Hot Tub – An above ground hot is in service year-round at no additional charge to guest. The hot tub accommodates 6-7 people. Spa water is filtered by a fresh-water salt system.
- Heated Pool – From March through November the pool water temperature is continuously heated to 78-80 degrees at no additional charge to guest. For an additional charge pool temperatures can be increased to 88-90 degrees and must be requested one week prior to arrival. Please call us for details and dates.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property
The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:
The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

My family and two of our children's friends (and the furry ones!) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bradley Beach. The house has everything you need, and the proximity to the beach is completely doable. We actually only drove over once, simply because we needed a safe way to drop the paddleboards before taking them out to the beach. This is a long walk with a paddleboard, even for the strong teens, though. For a walk to the beach with chairs and the like, it's totally fine and enjoyable, too. We loved seeing the fiddler crabs and herons in the marsh under the walkway. The property was spotless, and there are no signs of any pets ever being there, so if you have well-trained pooches, it's a really lovely house with a nice private, fenced-in yard. Having a heated pool in Spring was wonderful, and everyone took in the hot tub experience multiple times a day in the backyard. It's a quiet part of Hilton Head, so just make sure you're the kind of family that doesn't need a bunch of stores and things to do within immediate walking distance - besides the beach. You can leave your bath towels at home, because we had plenty at the house for all of us, and we use the clothes washer on vacations. There really are only a few things of note that I would consider doing a little differently: I'd get a new garbage can with a flip top lid that works and is sturdy. I'd also consider soap dishes that aren't thin plastic. It doesn't fit well with the beautiful home. The bonus room is great! It's just outside the main living area, so if you're late nighters and like to watch tv outside your bedroom, make sure your bonus room guest has a noise machine or sleeps like a rock. This was one of the nicest and cleanest vacation homes we have stayed in. It has a very nice, short walk to the beach. The fenced in back yard was great for our dog. We will definitely stay at this location again. We had a lovely week enjoying our family. Management was very quick to respond to problem with air conditioner. 32 Bradley Beach Road is the perfect vacation home. The layout, bedrooms, pool and living area are perfect for a family gathering. The beds were very comfortable. Our family of four and dog had a great stay at 32 Bradley Beach Rd. The home was perfect....clean, spacious, and a close walk to the beach. Everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach was provided. The house is beautiful, bright and open inside. It definitely has a relaxing beach feel to it. We enjoyed a short walk to the beach every day. Our family spent time relaxing by the pool and taking bike rides in the area as well. There are many shops and restaurants just a quick drive down the road. Island Time helped make everything about our vacation enjoyable...from the reservation process, checking in to the home and our departure on the final day. The pictures don't do this property justice. It's very well outfitted in terms of appliances and comforts. There's plenty of space for 6 adults in the living and dining rooms. The pool is wonderful and the walk to the beach is less than 10 minutes.Posted: 7/21/2024

This property is amazing; not to go into the property details as is all in the listing. Is everything it is advertised and more. A complete fenced in back yard with a pool is great for relaxing and animals. The property includes every utensil and cookware you would ever need.
